I've tried this place twice and the service is outstanding and everyone is friendly and polite. I love the free waffle with drink purchase and the drinks are yummy in my tummy!
The staff here are out of this world. They are the definition of super customer service. The waffles are amazing and the frozen yogurt is delicious with great toppings.
the people who work here are very kind and i think its nice that every time you come in and get a free waffle, the waffles are still warm. i dont live in the area so i cant come here often but i hope that business continues to go well for them :)
This is a brand new store, open for maybe a month. The super fruit tea at 50% sugar had a strong tea flavor and was good. It comes in a huge cup with slices of fresh fruit including pineapple, watermelon, orange and lemon. I wanted to add lychee jelly to it, but they only had lychee coconut jelly. Our drinks came with half of a free waffle each. We added toppings for each as well—one with strawberries and cream and the other with strawberries and chocolate. The waffles were kind of limp and soggy unfortunately, even though we ate them then and there at the store. We also got the summer passion fruit drink (no caffeine) and it was also pretty good. Customer service was nice. We went on a Friday night about an hour before closing, and that side of the shopping plaza was very quiet so parking was very easy to find.
The boba tea is really good, don’t care about the prices high or not as long as their drinks are good. Will definitely come back as a regular.
I usually don’t leave reviews but I used to like this place but if you get boba from here it comes with a waffle.. that’s what makes the high prices reasonable. There’s a sign in the front that guarantees it. However, it depends who’s working. A women I haven’t seen there often did NOT give me one as usual but tried to SELL it to me as a “combo”. At first I thought.. no worries she must have I just forgotten the waffle but she tried to sell it to me as an additional charge when it comes with the boba? This place is my ratatouille as in anton ego’s from the disney movie. The waffle batter is made to give me nostalgia of my childhood enjoyed with plain waffles, waffles with hotdog ala corn dogs, and waffles with cheese. I enjoyed the waffle plain, with cream cheese and sweet with fresh strawberries, sprinkles, whipped cream and strawberry drizzle. Last time i had waffles with ham and cheese and every bite had ham and cheese! Its delightful to learn about this place and i can’t wait to go to the store one of these days to savor the freshly made waffles! And their milk teas are decent too! What ups it is that you have the option of adding free waffles with your drink. Yum yum yum!
The waffles are soft. Warm and delicious. Not your ordinary waffle they are light and fluffy melt in your moth scrumptious. Goes well with their milk teas which are also very good. The service is inviting and friendly.
I would give this 4.5 stars if I could. Only 0.5 star off because of the price. It's a little high in my opinion, but they are a new business and need the revenue so I can understand.I got the Classic Milk Tea w/ boba and they gave me a free plain waffle as part of a promotion.I can say that the drink is great **they do customize sweetness** and the waffle was thin but flavorful. Not sure how they make the waffle but whatever they're doing it's great.What really made me like the place was the friendly environment. The customer service was great, and they made sure you were informed. I'm interested to try all the toppings for the waffles next time.
