Employee not wearing gloves, didn't wash their hands after giving other people their food but continued to cook mine. Also, 1 person had their mask off and the other was wearing it as chin gaurd. Food was decent but the service is just not good enough
I was walking in to order food when I seen an employee behind the counter just digging in her nose. I mean really going to town in her nose. Just nasty!!Not eating here!! 0 stars
Poor Customer Service Will Always Ruin Great Food
First timer and I’m not a fan. The pictures on the menus are false advertisements. Shaved not slice steak, lettuce and dressing not broccoli ams carrots as on the picture. Nice steak flavor.

The waba Grill on willow in Long Beach Ca. Nobody washed their hands after coming from outside and came right in and started making food. Wow!!!!
Am so disappointed at this location. Ask for brown rice and avocado on my salmon plate and I didn't get it. On my chicken bowl as well.??♀️?
So I ordered a white rice chicken bowl for me and my sister, and what we got was a white rice chicken AND steak bowl. I clearly remember asking for a chicken bowl ?, even an employee went over my order and they said chicken bowls, but when I got it. The order was wrong? And the chicken had parts that you were even suppose to eat.? I’ve always felt like this with Waba grill but it wasn’t THIS bad. ?I couldn’t get a refund because I didn’t go there physically I had someone else too. And they didn’t know at the time. Overall I do not recommend going here. I’m giving 2 stars just because I’m nice ?
This specific location is very well managed and should be what other stores aspire to become. Avocado always fresh, chicken never burnt, rice is well-cooked. Which is more than I can say for every other waba grill I have gone to since leaving the area. Like an addict, I am still in search of the waba grill that can match this particular location's quality. Thank you for preparing my lunch for the last two years!
