Was excited to come here. Food looks really good in photos but food didn't taste all that good. Food had a decent flavor. Atmosphere is pretty nice, like the looks of the restaurant. I wouldn't cole back again just for the fact that the food didn't taste that good to me especially for the price. I do recommend to try it to get rid of your curiosity

Stopped by for dinner after a day at the beach. Ordered the grilled grass fed steak with roasted rosemary red potatoes and side house salad. Everything was so delicious including the grilled rustic bread. Can't wait to return again! Don't forget to grab dessert. The giant chocolate chip cookie was heavenly.
Perfect place of you're looking to eat tasty food that is healthy.I always find it difficult to eat well whenever I come to California, and I am delighted to have found this spot.On top of that the staff is absolutely lovely!
Urban Plates take there salads to a different level! When I ask who prepared it they said Humberto Medina. Everything was delicious and definitely will be coming here again. My first time at Urban plates was wonderful ☺️
So this has been a really good restaurant up until the last 2 visits. This time we ordered a beet and goat cheese salad. The picture attached is what the salad looked like once opened at home today, so disappointed. There were some other issues with our order but this is what stuck out the most. I had hoped that this was a one-off but I'm not too sure it was.
Good menu for organic and gluten free foods. There choices were very good.

If you’re looking to eat healthy and you are in the Long Beach área Urban Plates is the place to go. I came in to celebrate my birthday and I was not disappointed with the way I was treated. The staff was very kind and they helped with any questions I had. When I thought the service could not get any better Chef Felipe came out and proved me and my family wrong. He made us feel welcomed and made sure that everything was going well. The service was exceptional and the food was great. I will definitely be coming here again and again.
The service here went above and beyond. It has been the best service that I have ever had in any establishment. I recommend coming to eat at urban plates in Long Beach because the staff here is great. The cashiers are so patient and respectful, and Chef Felipe was very welcoming. He made sure that I was having the best experience here. I will be coming back to eat here more.
