Delicious food , speedy service. Our server Nian was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it !
Crayfish and shrimp was decent but my sister and I was so disappointed with the service. They didn't offer lime/lemon with salt and pepper after we ordered. Even after that they didn't check up on us... like hello we are eating and drinking. Expect us to get up and get drinks ourself? I shouldn't have to wave hand to call for someone. Mind you this is near closing hours so it isn't busy. Near $70 for bad service and never have we ever left without leaving a tip. We will NOT be going back. We rather take a hour drive to another kickin crab than this one.The fact they had server employees in the kitchen talking and not servicing during work hours says a lot. I understand it is near closing time but they were still on the clock. The servers walked pass and around us and not once asked if need refill or if everything was ok.
Not the fanciest decor, setting or location however the food has great flavor. If you have a large party keep in mind they will only split the bill two ways.
This place is just bomb, delicious food fresh made, clean and beautiful decoratex place, excellent service.Family friendly environment.definitely coming back with my whole family .
The food was cooked good and was served hot and spicy as we request. The garlic noodles I thought it looked like just a ordinary Magi but after taking the first bite, I am not sure when I ordered for a ToGo ?. The fries were more than enough to pack with us back home. The idea or having the food on the table is good and the place is clean and meet. It is being cleaned after every customer. Good service and already decided to go back again. Good place to have a casual friends meet who likes to get their hands full with food and gravy and have a good place to talk loud to the hearts content and kids don't worry about spilling on the table as the food is already on the table ?
Happy that they opened up a location near my place here in L.B. .Food - Its decent but the sauce and quality of food could be a tap better as it taste better in O.C. they also don't do .5lbs orders here.Location - Kinda in the not so good area of LBC.Parking - Decent amount of parking in the lot.Prices - For 2 adults and a child I think it came out to like $155 kinda expensive but it is what it is.Service - Service was good and on point.Venue - Decent amount of seating, very clean since it's new, and great decor.Overall it's not a bad place to check out.
This Place Was Good On 5/10/2022. Myself, And My Mother Enjoyed It All Fresh Seafood. Our Waiter Was Working Himself In EVERY Position In The Store! My Mom Asked “Is this your store? Do You Have Stock In Here? Lol. He DESERVES A RAISE. Very Nice Young Man & God Bless Him????
The flavor of their sauce is really really good. I think it has coconut milk in it which I love. I can't leave them 5 stars because they do not answer the phone and I've called about 30 times today. I tried to place an order over the phone but had to go in person bc they don't pick up. They also forgot to add the corn sausage and potatoes to one of my combo deal bags. When I tried to call and report this they don't answer. Pretty frustrating.
