The Habit Burger on Lakewood Boulevard in Long Beach is At the very top of its category! Everything is fresh, hot and delicious. How grill staff is able to give me a very juicy hamburger each and every time I order one Is amazing!! Their French fries will stand up against any other Try in the world! I was really wanting to give 5 stars. I have had the habit in the past at different locations and was always excellent. The food was ok but it was cold. I ordered carry out at location not online. By the time i got home 5 min later burger was cold and bread was soggy. Onion rings and fries had good flavor but again cold. Order was correct and staff was friendly. I might give them another shot at a less busy time and see if it makes a difference.
Can't understand why anyone would prefer this burger joint over others. Although their signature charburgers do taste charred, the hamburger patties are just thin, preformed frozen ones, topped with thinly shredded lettuce dripping with water. (I even got a free burger on my birthday through the phone app, but next year I'll pass.)The food is not cheap, as even a simple grilled cheese sandwich is nearly $5.00. And who would want garlic roasted brussel sprouts instead of fries or onion rings? Yuck!Go to a place like In-n-Out, where the menu is simple and the food is better.
The burger was really good here. I needed to go back and try a salad as they looked good as well.
I had a double bacon burger fries and a drink. Took a few minutes to get, which when made fresh is how it should be. I don't want it fast, I want it good. This place delivered. The burger was excellent.
Close to the airport
All I wanted was an ice cream cone.We had pre paid for it, and we were going to pick it up on our way out after eating. The male employee at register had taken over for the original person who helped us. He fills the cone with ice cream and as he is walking to my partner he drops it upside down into a cup? i ask for a regular ice cream cone and he says "this is the way we do it"...never before have I received it this was, and I said as much and he said he'd give me a spoon . Im the customer! Im 55, I think I know how to not spill my ice cream...we left without my ice cream?
At this location the workers are always so nice and patient when you order and the food is always so good. I definitely recommend going here.
I got the club chicken with Sourdough bread. Pretty satisfying overall, however I think the chicken needed a bit more some salt, it was just missing and a little too bland. The ore milkshake was very tasty however and French fries and onion rings of course very simple but delicious.
It was packed on a Friday night. That's because it's good! Had a quality teriyaki burger and sweet potato fries for a good price. Their indoor dinning was full so we ate outside and an employee checked on us a few times. Overall good experience
