Please do not come here. Its terrible we went in and tenesha s took our order. She was rude and talked harsh to my friend and I simply because we wanted to change our mind and dine in. She made sure everyone at the restuarant heard and the way she talked was harsh and belittling. She alone made the environment hostile. Like she could have choosen a better way to talk to us. And she asked a guy to make us drinks she said a raspberry tea for elizabeth and dr. Pepper for the other one in a very disrespectful tone. But she chose to talk this way. Then i used the restroom and when i walked out the cook was in the front giving such a bad look but relized i paid for food, my friend and i had only been here for 10 mins now. We finally got our food and i noticed i got 4 less crab legs than my friend and we ordered the same thing. Then we saw little black dots all over the crab shell. And the cook said they were barnacles but we looked it up and what came up was leech eggs. We were upset but we never raised our voices and we asked for the corporate email and another guy wrote it on a piece of paper and when i went to grab it he dropped it and it fell to the counter. We were so disguisted we threw up all our food and for the price of the crab legs at least they could have been cleaned. Dont come here its rude, unclean and expensive like i may as well gone to mcdonalds for better customer service! I uploaded the pictures they are just on the very bottom of their picture section fyi.
I order mild, med, and spicy the mild was way too spicy. I have always ordered from the same place when I come to long beach because the food is amazing BUT this time it was not tried to calm to let them know and had a very rude response! I will forever never never order food from this place and recommend friends or family to it! Just called to let cooks know it was spicy for someone to tell me me its not in their hands pretty much and I pretty much get what I get supper horrible phone response after a $350 order 10/10 do not recommend ordering from here! Just an FYI i was told its recommended kids don't eat here!!
ordered food it was way too spicy at mild. was told they couldn't help when I called worse experience ive ever had with the crab shack ever when I'm just trying to let them know food was way too spicy! I also order spicy food which was milder than the mild food! The person who helped me was rude and none helpful 10/10 will ot recommend anyone to order from here unless you want to order $350 worth of food just to order from a different place!
The seafood was good quality. The restaurant itself is very small and does not sell beer.
Screw this place and their vaccine mandate. Even when the mandates are lifted, I won’t eat here bc you discriminated against me. Vaxxed people spread COVID too…and Long Beach has its own health dept. You don’t have to follow LA County’s health dept. You made a very bad choice!
