I love stopping by this Starbucks! Jayson was so friendly and welcoming when I went in. He was very energetic and conversational towards everyone. Such great customer service should definitely lead to a raise!

Very disappointing customer service, after getting my drink order wrong multiple times from online orders I came in and ordered in person. They poured my nitro before the other drinks in my order, so the drink went flat which explains why I always get my drink flat only at this store. When I brought it up the dude was unnecessary rude, over and over. So I complained, the store manager responded by telling me that I was the one to let the nitro go flat... Apparently I like to pay more than a cold brew for a nitrogen drink to let it go flat and drink a cold brew... ?
Bad Bad Bad experience, it’s a shame that you have that kind of employee the two of them was very rude, I asked change my coffee, because it taste water, they didn’t want to. Please pay attention. The location is very good and the place very nice. But the service and the coffee is awful.
It is great to have Starbucks here at the Marina Pacifica shopping center of Long Beach. There is a bookstore right next door ... so what better to go with a book than a hot beverage. Or if you want to have some java before taking in a movie at the theatre only a couple doors away.
Nice location but my drinks always taste burnt. I have ordered a few drinks and it's always the same problem.

It actually has vegan FOOD now and there are so many drink choices that keep updating! I love Starbucks and their frappacinos are the best!!! Not to mention their refreshers and teas! But overall the coffee based things are just as awesome! Vegan food includes multigrain and plain bagels, and a macadamia oat cookie, and more things comingEdit: update: the macadamia oat cookies were DISCONTINUED ?Second update: sooo many vegan drinks! Highly recommend the pink drink, guava passion fruit, and oatmilk shaken espresso, also iced almondmilk latte with almondmilk cold foam!!! Plant based for the planet and future! ✌???
I had such a wonderful experience today. Although this location has always been great, it was Michael's customer service that made me want to leave a review today. He greeted me and offered his help as I tried to decide on what tumbler/mug to choose. He asked if I was buying a gift for someone and although I told him that the purchase was for me, he went ahead and wrapped it all up. It may be standard practice to wrap up merchandise, but he made me feel like I was getting a gift rather than purchasing merchandise. It truly made me smile. Thanks Michael! To top it all off, I received perfectly made drinks, crafted by Reese. Thank you for taking the time to make them taste just as good as they looked!
