Customer service here is horrible. It never fails everytime I go into this particular Starbucks it’s always the same thing. Overlook me, everyone else gets their order before me that order after me. EVERYTIME! The coffee is literally filled to the rim that it’s spilling out of the cup. I have to ask EVERYTIME not to fill up my cup to the top. I always say IM NEVER coming back to this one, but somehow I always do because it’s so close to my house. It’s pretty sad, to say the least.
THE MOST CONFUSING..... UN-ORGINIZED.....SMALL...NO RESTROOM PLACE THERE ISIT TOOK 20 TO "FIND" A CHHESE TOAST THEN I ASKED IT TO BE DOUBLE-TOASTED THAT TOOK ANOTHER 10 MINUTES NEVER AGAIN IN LIFEFOR A GOLD CARD MEMBER ITWAS TIME WASTED!!!!

Took 20 minutes to get my order. They should have told me the wait for food would make me late for work. Staff needs a course in personality training!
Unpleasant place with angry and rude employees. There’s plenty of other locations, so skip this one if you don’t want to get disappointed.
I loved coming here I was a regular and really enjoyed the morning crew. But the new crew seems rude I wasn't greeted by baristas and I got my drink after a full conversation and a customer who ordered after me. I'll just go somewhere else from now on.
I needed a nice wake up, and the salted caramel cold brew was great.

I ordered 2 Chi Latte's - worse I have ever had. Little to no flavor. I will never go here again.
