Too expensive, it's already an expensive coffee shop and now its ridiculous. They take long to take your order
9 out of 10 times they always get my order wrong. I order hot tea i get a cold tea.
Staff is courteous and polite. I had a few questions about the drinks and the person serving went thru the drinks and what they contained as far as ingredients. Love this place.
Adequate service per company standards almost failed my COVID mask test but passed do to the supervisor on duty fighting out my use of grammar tactic. I will return

Worst customer service they forget about your order.. And then don't give a care on how fast you get it after they find out they messed up. Never coming back here again this is the 2nd time this has happened to me at the same Starbucks. I felt like taking my tip back

Rude lady in the cashier and out of all 4 staffs she’s the only one not wearing a name tag!
Ordered ahead and selected on the app for in store pickup, got to the location and all doors are closed and the only option is drive through. Waste of time when I already ordered and paid. Nowhere does it say I can order online but have to pickup through the drive through line. Get it together
