Very clean and spacious location with excellent seating options. Seems a comfortable and popular location. Excellent staff.
horrible experience ever! first, the drink did not taste as good as my drink is supposed to taste. I have been ordering this drink a lot of times! I have to ask for more coffee! the cashier was really nice! We are college students and we try to connect our laptops to the plug. we can not sit nearby because it was really full. Also, the big table is in the coffee store it was full of people when we arrive! We need so bad the battery for our laptops the manager was too rude she did not let us explain to her the reason that we plug our laptops! she was really racist for the way she look at us. I was thinking to respond to her. for the rude way she talks to us but I try to be more respectful than her. EVERYONE WAS LOOKING AT HER HOW SHE WAS TALKING TO US! WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE NEVER HAD. IF SHE CAN TELL US IN A NICE WAY I WILL NEVER WRITE A REVIEW BUT HOPEFULLY, THE OWNER OF THIS STORE CAN SEE THIS REVIEW!
The staff here are usually very nice and kind, and the place is generally very clean. No complaints so far. The drinks are usually great too.
I come here all the time. I LOVE IT. They always remember my drink and I love the staff here. The space is always pristine.
Waited in a super long line for my coffee they gave the lady in front of me gift card to apologize but when I asked them about my gift card they just straight up said no Screw me right ?

Yesterday, my drink wasn’t great so I asked if they can try it a bit different today, as I complained about the taste and half my cup being ice they said they’d make it light ice — I instructed that yesterday. Today was worse— 3/4 of the cup was ice but they did make the drink better aside from the ice part. This is the second time I come to this location and probably the last. It sucks because this is the area I work in— but I rather drive to Spring and Bellflower to get my drink made correctly. Good luck to this location ??
This place wasn't the best!For the 4 days that I went there and with each day hoping it would get better, it was quite the opposite. My family's entire orders were always wrong or just tasted awful.I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews but be sure to taste your drinks before you walk out the door or the drive-thru.The place was quiet and the staff was nice.
Great service, clean store. However they did nothing about the girl who walked in, ordered, and waited inside without a mask.
