04/20/2019Finally a local Starbucks!! Nice big location, lots of tables & a nice outside area.I order with almond milk & they always get it right. Friendly staff especially Stella!!!04/15/2022Again give 5 ? stars!! This is an awesome location. I've never had an issue with an order no matter the time of day. Sometimes the wait thru the drive is longer than you want, but I'm disabled so sometimes getting out isn't an option.Yesterday at the Signal Hill location i received my order & my cup was just over half full, I always order with ice on the side as to not water down the coffee, this location my cup was almost overflowing! This will forever be my favorite location ❤️
They have the worst service is not the first time like I order online and my order was not ready it had passed 23 minutes already they gave me my bread 10 minutes ago and still waiting I suppose to eat them together!!! I requested a defund instead!! I know all Starbucks are busy but this is the worst it is always the same issue plus’s they don’t get my coffee right
This is a very quick and polite Starbucks. I recommend going to this location for ease of drive-thru position.
Well staffed with friendly, helpful people. Drive thru is usually 3 to 10 cars long, but I walk in. Very nice place, if you're in the neighborhood its a great coffee local, with all that Starbucks has to offer!
Fast friendly service very polite long drive thru line but vacant inside beat most of the drive thru
Service was good. I was just a little annoyed they were out of the breakfast sandwich I wanted and out of bananas and it was barely 11 am. Hope my drink tastes the same without the banana
Horrible service it's like they don't want to even talk to you or help you. I'm speaking with a normal tone and they have to respond so ugly back. Never again.
Really nice staff, they put up with so much and manage to still be sweet!
I always get a grande nitro with pumpkin foam and pumpkin syrup, the best is made right here.
