Spires in long beach has the best food and all the employees are nice and friendly and it's clean and ready for customers during business hours I highly recommend going if you want homemade like food you won't be disappointed

This Spires is the biggest rip off in Long Beach. you get food from cans, pay high prices for them. ( my breakfast of $18.00, yes $18,00, consists of eggs, hash browns, burnt to no end, 1 bacon and coffee) the owner would rather stand there and look at you rather than pour you a cup of coffee while the waitress is in the back having their own coffee. check out Maria, she is a trip on her own. it is about 90% run by Mexicans like the owner who knows absolutely nothing about running a business, the only answer he ever has about anything is always money. MY ADVUICE IS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND CHECK OUT THE DIFFERENCE AND YOU WILL NEVER COME BACK.
It had been years since I had been in this restaurant. I did not know they still existed. Was so happy when my daughter took me to this one. The food was still great, the staff were nice and checked on us 3 times while we ate. Loved it. I will go back when I am in that city again.
