The Ramen is delicious and the staff is good. Great location with in-door and outside seating. It gets crowded. The Classic Ramen with Pork belly is delicious

My wife and I were in Japan in 2019 and the ramen there is simply indescribable. We have since tried numerous ramen places and all have disappointed severely except for this. This is the best ramen we’ve tried in the States to this point (and we’re still on the prowl for even better if one exists). We both ordered The Blaze Ramen w/ pork and it was delicious. Much better than we were anticipating. On top of that, we shared the Crispy Chicken Karaage which was fantastic and the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, which while not the best we’ve had (hey, it’s not strictly a sushi restaurant) was still VERY good. We’re happy to have tried it and if we are in the area again, we’ll be sure to stop by a second time.

Although our pork buns were served towards the end of us eating the main dish I still rate this 5 stars. It's a clean restaurant, the service are all professional and kind to everyone, they do get very busy at times and staff still maintains kindness. The food... I've only had that Blaze Ramen and pork buns each time I've been and they're both delicious ? When I'm in town I always make a trip over here.

Skip this branch, they skimp out on toppings. Gave them 3 chances. 1st and 2nd time missing chashu, 3rd time missing the broth. Last time... A chashu piece as small as the egg?!? This must be the F team of Silverlake... Cerritos branch is 10x better!!!!

Ramen was tasty, but be careful with the level of spicy. We were told it wasn't hot at all. So, idk if that messed it up for us. This ramen spot wouldn't be my first choice. Staff was very nice & helpful!

We were delighted to come upon this ramen place while shopping at the busy, thriving Long Beach Exchange (We had tried ramen delivery from their Huntington Park location before). We found a table in the outdoor patio, ideal for people watching. Our Tonkotsu ramen was outstanding in terms of taste, texture, and presentation. It would have been even better if the broth temperature were a tad hotter. Service was on point. We will definitely come back.

A welcomed bowl of hearty and flavorful ramen hot the spot at a time when we were feeling a little worn out from a long day at the office. Attentive servers provided us with everything we needed in a timely manner whenever we were running low, be it water, sake, napkins, or energy!

The ramen was good but not great. The noodles were still somewhat hard when I got my food, but the longer it sat in my bowl it got just a tiny bit softer. However, I did have an issue with their drinks. I started off with a water with lemon and it tasted straight like tap water so then I ordered a lemonade and that too was also tasting weird. I'm glad I tried it, but not sure I'll be back.

The classic ramen was really good as the pork was soft and tender and the broth was so smooth and not to greasy. The pork bun was also good and the servers were really nice and welcoming. Our server Vick was really informative and really nice to his customers.
