Waitresses seemed preoccupied with other guest, and was not engaging enough. And we had to remind her for everything
I was excited to dine there being from San Pedro I use to love the food.We went for an early 4pm supper for our Wedding Anniversary,The Food was excellent,We arrived early 3:15 but could not be seated till our reservation time.(It did not look that busy)Service was "Just Basic" No pleasantries, No Hello, Welcome, How are you!The waitress at the next table was so much better! When I made reservations I requested a special little desert ( It was never served)I brought it to a managers attention but he did not seem to care much.
We requested a little dessert for our wedding Anniversary online with our reservations, but the restaurant never read the request and never served it. The service was just basic okay! But the food was excellent!
we had the captain's tray. the breading was spot on fabulous. cole slaw, ok. husband had the brisket burger, loved it, wanted Mayo they dont have it at all in their restaurant, weird since tatar sauce is made with mayo. otherwise very good!!!

Our server was friendly and nice and the food was good. The menu is the most confusing thing I have ever seen in a restaurant. It must drive the servers crazy trying to explain it. Management should look into to having it done in a manner that makes sense. The "shareables" are not clear that they are appetizers and how many they serve. The menu for sit-down is almost an after-thought. We almost didn't go after looking at the online menu because it looks like a fish market and catering business, not a restaurant as well.
This is an absolute gem of a restaurant in Long Beach and I canât wait for the new market in San Pedro
Service was terrible. Forgot to cook one of the orders and it took 20 more min after the rest of the orders to get it, forgot to bring drinks because she attempted to memorize a table of 6 order. Only checked on the table once the entire time we were there. Had to go to the bar to get refills on waters and other drinks. Restaurant was about 50% capacity. Wonât go to this one again. Hopefully others have better experiences.
The workers didnât know what theyâre doing, it took the waiter 1/2 hour to come take our drinks and appetizers order, 20 minutes to bring the drinks, 45 minutes to bring the appetizers after we asked about it and it came cold, we told the manager he said will replace them, took them another 1/2 hour to bring them back and was still cold. The main food took almost an hour to come and it was also cold, when we told the manager we donât want the food anymore because itâs cold, all he said ok. We will never go again
