Horrible customer service. Paid over $100 for our food and the shrimp were undercooked and not seasoned well, nor was the crab legs. My mother’s turkey legs and greens were cold and the greens tasted like vinegar. They didn’t even have a cracker for the crab legs and when I asked for one, she told me to use scissors. I’m sure those were probably the same scissors they used for everything in that damn place, which weren’t sanitized. And the lady had the audacity to catch an attitude and curse me out because I asked for a partial refund. Don’t waste your money. Oh and we waited an hour for our food only to be disappointed. Go elsewhere!!!! I will never spend my money here again.
If you've been missing good Gumbo, then you gotta try this place! I've always been very skeptical about purchasing gumbo at restaurants, but this was very, very good!! And right in the neighborhood! I highly recommend it!
Went today had the Remy Po Boy it was good,and I ordered the Gumbo not that good had more chicken then ANYTHING else. Peach cobbler to sweet .But I'm not giving up.will Try Again

I had a very bad experience. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. I will NEVER support a business where someone disrespects women. I was told this is a family place I have 3 kids of my own because my body is thicker that means my outfit is inappropriate. It is very rude and disrespectful to tell someone who has a regular outfit on. The way I was treated is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not support a business where the owner feels like she can tell someone what to wear
LOVE THIS SPOT SOOO MUCH! I HAVENT VISITED THE NEW LOCATION YET BUT IM MAKING MY WAY DOWNTOWN LOL!!! OUT OF ALL THE PLACES I TRYED GUMBO AT THEY DONT COMPARE TO SALS!!! LOVE IT SOO MUCH THAT WHEN I CANT DRIVE THERE IM ORDERING ON DOOR DASH OR UBER EATS LOLThank you Guys for the Good Food and Vibes every time I step in to pick up !
Very nice place and customer service. The gumbo was and is way too salty for me. Too much salt in their food for African Americans and our culture. We have to learn how to cook and allow the flavors of the food to come forth and soothe our taste pallets.
The Gumbo was authentic and VERY DELICIOUS! My buddy got Fried Chicken which he said was great also!!

I wish I could have gotten at least one claw and the snow crab legs were a bit bigger. It was my 1st time and it was seasoned well and I will definitely eat it again. The wait was unexpected but went quickly.
