The drinks were also delicious and the cocktails are such a steal. It’s a great environment, the service is on point, and there was even live music. I hadn’t been here in years but I’m thinking this might be my new happy hour spot from now on!
pleasant seafood with a identity problem; a sport bar or a seafood food restaurant. the drinks were too sweet and the fish overcooked. the music was very loud in a space already noisy. the poke appetizer was the best dish of the night and the sauces for the meals were very tasty. unfortunately the fish was dry
A very interesting place. This is the first time I see live olive trees inside a restaurant. The soup is excellent, perhaps tastier than on Pier 39. Live music, in general, I recommend it for visiting safely.
Best Dinner I’ve had this year, the food ,staff and outdoor seating was perfect !
Sea bass was delicious! Scallops and Oysters were superb there was a fresh sweetness to them. Old fashion was on point. We dined outdoors ambience was romantic . There were plenty heat lamps. Service was wonderful. We went for my friends bday.
The swordfish and ceviche were excellent and the drinks were particularly tasty. I had the Spicy Paloma and the Copper Cowboy, definitely recommend both. Both the indoor and outdoor seating is very well done with a clean modern aesthetic. Highly recommend for as a date night restaurant. Given Roe's location, you can usually find parking right around the corner. Highly recommend!
This place really exceeded my expectations. The food was spectacular. I love all of the different pairings. The Poisson Cru was to die for! I can only describe it as a mixture of coconut curry and ceviche.Overall, super impressed with the quality of the food.
Trendy seafood restaurant and bar right on 2nd st with modern vibes, and a patio in the front and back. Had the fried chicken sandwich and it was great. All white meat, lightly fried, with a sesame flavor. Pickles and slaw gave it a perfect crunch. Served w a side salad for $19.50.
Although the food was tasty, I would not return because it is so expensive. I love scallops and splurged, buying the $42 dinner. I was surprised you receive just 3 medium sized scallops. A dinner for two with two drinks each planned us at $200. Was the food good? Yes. But the bang wasn't worth the buck.
If you are ever in Long Beach, California make sure you visit this restaurant. We were there for a long weekend and happened to find this place as we were walking and enjoying the day. The back outdoor patio was wonderful. We were so happy that it had an outdoor area because we are not yet eating indoors because of COVID. Besides the wonderful ambience, the food was delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection with lots of flavor. The Salmon was especially good. The service is fantastic also. Will be back on our next trip there. We are from South Texas.
