Horrible service. Not only was the ramen mediocre and bland. The chicken bun was sweet it tasted like candy. Should be called a dessert bun. They charged me twice and the manager was very unhelpful and unapologetic. The girl on the phone apologized instead of him. I was very disappointed by the service and unprofessionalism.I've never been so stressed out dining out. Having to look at my bank statement and having to call up the shop. I've worked at a ramen shop before so I have no idea how the staff could make such a mistake when it was not even busy.

Super friendly service and fairly quick with the food. Not the tastiest place I've ever been, but the ramen, brussel sprouts and edamame was very good!

Ramen was very good! Nice little place that serves hot food. The service was quick and easy! The servers were also incredibly nice and ready to greet you right as you enter.

Absolutely love this place. It's perfect on a chilly winter night. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Food is excellent and delicious. The Garnet and gyoza are my favorites!

Not worth it… it’s not the best ramen place. Their style of is eggs is cold and hard boil. The pork chashu was weak in flavor and the meat was too thin and dry…. But the broth is really good for being vegan, good soup! ??

I don't normally like ramen restaurants because I've gone to a few before and I would rather have top ramen at home. My bestie suggested this place because she needs gluten free and I need vegan options. This restaurant is a cut above the rest. The food almost made me cry it was so good. I'll NO DOUBT eat here again.

It my husband's and my first time here. We both got the Spicy Garlic ramen. It was very, very, very, delicious. The Chashu pork was out of this world. You can tell they really took the time to properly prepare it. The vegetable broth was lively and bright and beautifully clear. The addition of the onions and garlic along with their Umami sauce(which I think is their flavor/aromatic oil)really brought this dish up to the next level. It wasn't super spicy, I would say flavorful was a better term. But don't take my word for it ?, the spicier the better for me. They do however have chili oil on the table so spice level to your liking is easily remedied(I added a generous scoop). The ramen noodles were perfect! The ice matcha tea was yummy and freshly made. The service was wonderful, warm, and friendly. Belmont Parking wasn't an issue since we went on a Friday around 1:30pm. There was metered and unmetered parking available in the neighborhood. The Spicy Garlic ramen is limited edition (noooooo ?) and is currently slated to be served until the end of March. The server stated that they sometimes keep the LE items for longer. I for one(and my husband for two) hope that this is th because.

The food is really good. I got the California Roll and the Pork Bun (which is more like a sandwich) but they both tasted really good. I will definitely be going back to try their soup.

As a Japanese, I could not tolerate the lack of cleanliness. I could not tolerate the noodles being too soft. The soup was not hot enough. The lack of smiles on the server's face was also unacceptable. I can't give any good points. I eat at least 200 bowls of ramen a year and I have never come across anything as bad as this.

Great ramen and service. We’ll come back!
