I’ve been to this local meet up/ tavern a couple times and was not let down. It has great vibes, great deco, and is easy going. It’s a great place to come with friends and have a few drinks. If you like relaxing and talking or watching sports and cheering on your team this is the spot!
Worst bar experience ever. Like never in my life have I had such a terrible experience. I was there last night EVERY SINGLE BARTENDER IGNORED ME. I was the longest person waiting and everyone behind me got drinks. Everyone next to me got drinks and no one once looked at me or even said hold on we will be right with you. Nope. They acted like I didn't exist. The small bartender with a man bun was the worst he literally helped everyone but me. The guy next to me sitting at the bar repeatedly kept ordering and not nice did he look at me and ask if I've been helped. It wasn't until the girl next to me who was at one Point BEHIND ME told the bartender to take my order as he was taking hers. I stood at the bar forever. Never ever ever going back.
Port City has become one of my favorite spots to get a great cocktail. Frank and Nick are incredible! Highly recommend and will be back!
Good local spot. Several TVs, good music, free pool and shuffleboard. There's an outdoor patio as well. Drinks are good and prices are reasonable.
Not a very good experience. Bartenders we're more interested in television than assisting customers. After speaking to the bartender regarding ordering food, he did not check up on us for roughly 25 mins then told us they were done ordering food. But, we order from across the street so I can just walk over there. I thought he was kidding. Place is a joke.

Was a great date night experience. The bar staff was amazing and made the drinks were perfect. The food was excellent and the outside dining made for a perfect evening. We will definitely making port city tavern a regular stop every time we come to town.
They are what they are and that’s fine, which is a local dive bar. Clean, enough TVs, and friendly bartenders. Also helps that the Sprucey Goosey I ordered was lit.
Nice looking place, just order your drinks 2 at a time and pay cash.
