Bad experience, we ordered family meal tender chicken and shrimp. Everything was cold and not fresh, some taste bad.The staff was really friendly and helpful. They replaced the whole meal for free. It was little hot but not fresh.
As of late, the employees working the drive thru line are extremely rude! Today I encountered an unpleasant employee named Indica. She was very rude, overly aggressive, and comes off as hostile.Please remove her from the window or train her on customer service.There use to be a male Afro American manager whom was very upbeat, and professional. They need to bring him and his staff back. This new team lacks an apologetic nature and customer service.If they’re not forgetting to bag the right food, or out of food, we (customers) constantly have to deal with the bad attitudes.Popeyes people, if y’all don’t wanna work, dislike your job, or have low self esteem, please get some help. Popeyes, please send your employees to a customer service training. I think it would be very beneficial for your business.I posted this rating because I am truly tired of the “lack there of.” I mean this in every aspect too!

Food is always fresh but always remember to make sure they put your sauce in your bag lol
So i went one time to popeye's to get some spicy chicken. I get there and order no big deal. I take my food and look inside the box to make sure its my order, i notice that they gave me a chicken sandwich which i didnt order so i told the cashier and they became rude, insisting that i did order that which i didnt, like dude i just want my spicy chicken leg and thigh. This location needs a bit more customer service training

Food was good, decent customer service but no ketchup or ranch? Only down side from my experience.
Good service. We placed an online order. Pick up process was easy. Took a bit longer than the website estimated.
I went in to try the new Megan thee stallion hot sauce. I place my order inside and ask the cashier first if they still have the Megan the stallion hot sauce. She told me yes and I proceeded to order the chicken nugget meal with the Megan the stallion sauce. After I place my order the cashier headed to the back of the restaurant when she came back to the front she let me know that they were out of the Megan the stallion hot sauce. As she told me that I can hear the cashier at the drive-thru selling Megan the stallion hot chicken sandwich. When I asked if I could just get some of the sauce they pour on the chicken sandwich to my original cashier the cashier at the drive-thru abruptly and rudely said no we don't do that if we're out we are out. I don't understand why they would keep selling a product if they don't have the sauce for it. Very disappointed in this visit plus the Nuggets weren't really hot they were just warm like they weren't fresh.
