That was a line of approximately 20 to 30 people family lives for a restaurant very difficult to navigate in wheelchair as well they didn't provide the courtesy of an EBT purchase which helps a lot of families who are on lower income general relief social security they didn't see fit to install service but they had no problem taking my MasterCard plus thay offer no manager special
This place sucks. If you buy a sandwich and you ask for bbq sauce for your sandwich they charge.50 cents extra. They say they do not provide any sauce with the sandwich, unless I pay .50 cents.Restaurants that charge extra for petty stuff like 1 bbq sauce or ketchup. Show how cheapskate the owner is. I’ve been to other Popeyes restaurants and never had any problem when asking for bbq sauce. This Popeyes should provide costumers with at least one bbq sauce with the order. But no. If you want one you must pay extra.This is the first time I visited this place, and I notice how dirty the windows and main entrance is. It looks like they’ve never clean the glass at the door. is just grossed to touch the door where people constantly walking in and touching the the glass. The floor outside this restaurant is sticky and so dirty. They should steam clean it. Employees also have poor costumer service skills. If they don’t care for small details, like cleanliness they don’t care for the way the handle your food.This is all a reflection of poor managementI give this restaurant 1 star for dirtiness, poor costumer service and cheapskate owner.Try to Avoid coming to this Popeyes restaurant, you may get sick eating here. Trust me you’ll be happier going somewhere else.
Excellent service....a little expensive for the Classic Fish sandwich combo..$10.an change on. 3RD & Redondo...Brand new store....However they were polite!!! I normally go to 10th & Long Beach...a Classic Fish sandwich combo is $7.15 with tax...
Rude cashier requested me to wear a mask while I was ordering even though the indoor mask mandate was lifted over the weekend. I won't be spending my money at this Popeyes.... Power of the Purse.
The food is always tasty the red beans and rice a questionable at times service is always good and the only one reason that makes me frown is the outside. But we all have to eat, right?
I am a person who has a severe learning disability… and even I can say that the people who work here are SLOW. There is NO EXCUSE to pack pick-up orders this rudimentary. I witnessed the cashier just throw in a BBQ sauce to my order without even LOOKING so I had to rip open the bag and check my order and SURPRISE SURPRISE I’m missing my other 2 sauces and an entire Shrimp combo order. They have done this SEVERAL TIMES IN A ROW as well as overcharging customers. Be careful

The Cashier on Dt seemed very friendly and helpful.. make a big ? smile ...everything was going so perfect until I started leaving the Dt line when this black male cashier stick out his middle finger to my 8 year old ? I was so upset and disappointed. Very unprofessional staff. I even forgot about it until now that Google is asking if I want to share my experience and of course I will because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. This probably happened about a month and a half ago. Around 3 or 4pm. Hopefully the manager or owner see this review, if not they will loose business in this area. 3430 E Artesia Blvd in this location!
The best thing about this place are the napkins... so you have something to spit out the food in. Place is beyond filthy. Just a gross experience overall.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo. Literally waited for 20 minutes. I approached the register and he told the manager and manager's response was like oh,we'll start making it. I asked for a refund.Other people got their ordered before me when they arrived 10 minutes after me..never returning.
