Food was pretty good, but the service.. not so much. I didn’t feel welcomed. My questions were answered very short with a touch of bad attitude. I felt uncomfortable interacting with the girl who was helping me out. I don’t think I’ll come back again. But the food is quite good, so it deserves 4 stars!
I live nearby and because of this I really wanted to like this place, but I can’t. I haven’t been there without having had an issue so far; some of the main ingredients are usually missing; customer service can be rude or sloppy. I cannot recommend this place unfortunately
Awesome poke bowls and super nice staff!
I couldn't figure out how to tip with card on the machine unfortunately so I figured I'd at least leave a review. The guy working right now was very friendly, gave good suggestions, and great service. I'll have to remember to bring cash to tip him next time. The portions are great for the price and it's delicious.
The poke is great, but I’m very frustrated with the service. The hours posted online say the restaurant closes at 8pm, but they were closed when I’ve gotten there at 7. I have called and they have said they stay open until 7;30 but again tonight I got there at 7 and the doors were locked and the employee was locking up and would not come to the door.
Absolutely love this spot! It's the only poke place I go to. Staff is always amazing and friendly...they hook it up too! Great bang for your buck spot. They always have discounts too if you sign up for their rewards . ??
This used to be my favorite poke place in Long Beach, but the last few times I have tried to go during their regular business hours on non-holidays, they have been closed. There are plenty of other poke places in Long Beach with better quality food and more consistent hours.
Never had a Poke Bowl subway style. So many options and ended up having a fantastic poke bowl. Spicy tuna yum.
