Super authentic and delicious Cambodian food! The menu is pretty extensive and the servers are happy to offer a recommendation. The restaurant isn’t very big so be sure to put your name in ahead of time or be prepared to wait - it’s that popular! You have to get the fried bread to dip in your bowl. It’s amazing!
No time to take photos - too good. Soup, noodles, and side pairings (Asian breads) are all on point. Stir fry leaves more room to be desired, but various kinds of noodle soups more than make up for it. Worth a trip to Long Beach! Remember to get there early, lines can be long and you’ll have to secure street parking.
I’ve been wanting to try this place out for awhile now but I’m never in the area. Today I had planned a trip to Ranchos Los Cerritos which isn’t too far from here. They close at 3pm and luckily we made it in time. We were their last guest for the day. The wait wasn’t too bad, however there was a group of people gathering in front when we arrived. Space is small and quaint. Parking is not easy, but that’s LBC. Food was delicious! The soup was tasty and the stir fry noodles were also great. I love these bouncy noodles from the Loat Cha but they’re not served in Restaurants in my area. I usually just make them at home. It’s nice to see them in the menu here. Love their garlic fish sauce as well. Service was also great. Everyone was super courteous. Our server was very lovely. She welcomed us and thanked us for visiting once she knew it was our first time. She also gave us directions to a market nearby since we wanted to explore the area a little. All in all we really enjoyed our experience and would love to come back soon.
We heard how wonderful this place was. I tried dry pho for the first time. It was delicious. They serve the broth on the side. The broth was phenomenal. Definitely a great place for noodles.
Been craving the fried bread (youtiao) for some time. Dipped with the tomato beef stew put it over the top. Fantastic egg noodles and a cozy shop.
Been meaning to check this Cambodian restaurant for quite some time, always seeing it while driving by in Long Beach. What a great way to spend the first day of the new year eating Cambodian Cuisine. My family had nothing but a great experience. Wait time for the busiest time of day during lunch was about 20-30 minutes, however well worth it.Their food was truly amazing and authentic to my appetite and hunger.Place is well organized, clean, friendly/excellent service.Parking is a challenge and you may have to circle around the blocks, however worth the hassle. My daughter & I had their Student Noodles, wife had the Mo Noodles, and some Thai iced tea to wash it down. We'll definitely be back to try other food items on the menu.
Wonderful place!!! Parking can be more desirable (street parking). It's on a corner, small restaurant but phnom(enal) food ??????. I ordered the special (the number 1) large with soup on the side with fat egg noodles!!! Also ordered what I call Chinese donut to dip into their rich broth, hence the reason why I had the soup separated. The noodles are hearty and chewy like an Al dente firmness. The broth came with a nice chunk of pork bone. Had a hot tea and a hot coffee with condense milk. Our waitress is very nice and hospitable. She knew the menu quite well and answered all our questions. Overall, it is very comparable to Kim Ky noodles in San Gabriel, if not better due to the crispyness of their Chinese donut (I had 2 orders since they're were that good).
I'm new to the area and have been here 3 times. Each time I loved it. The staff are nice and yes, there is a line usually on weekends, but isn't that a good thing? The food is good and the menu is kept simple. I like this place.
Nothing is better than eating your soup hot, hot , hot!!! We come here to enjoy a hearty delicious soup that warms up the soul❤️Especially during the cold season..freshly baked bread too and meat empanadas so delicious..come out and try different noodles base on your preference big thick egg noodles for us Fit bowl chicken and egg with…hot green tea and they also have other delicious drinks to choose from..street parking only and definitely a wait but that is always positive when you’re waiting because the food is so Delicious and worth your time to wait!
We were a party of 2 who arrived at 2pm and were wait listed on the iPad at the door for about 15 mins. We were surprised and impressed there were so many people enjoying this restaurant and now we know why, it is DELICIOUS!!! Hats off to the cooks and all the staff. ⭐
