Absolutely abysmal service. A simple order should not take 25 minutes with 6 people in the kitchen.
Ridiculous! Ordered my take out & still not ready after over 1hr. Not the first time having problems at this location. Curbside team forgot my Tomato Soup; when I mentioned this to one of the managers, I was questioned on my purchase for a $3 soup! This is B.S.!! Don't waste your tip on Togo orders
If I could give this place a zero I would. Big hair on plate and the manager removed it with a napkin and asked if I wanted it remade. Really??? Just take my plate and make me a new sandwich. Won’t be back!

3 stars for the food. My Asiago bagel and oatmeal berry cookies were scrumptious. Lost a star for how untidy the place was upon my visit. There was trash on several tables and the floor was super filthy. I'm glad I had my food to go.
It's small but the food is good and it's a good place for college students to study and grab a bite. They are efficient and quick. Always a good experience there
Food took to long... Two breakfast sandwiches should not take 20 minutes to prepare! But it was tasty and the Bear Claw was super fresh.
Panera is always a great choice. The food is fresh and natural. Excellent variety. Excellent bread.
Always have to order my British Tea from the cashier rather than kiosk because they don't have it out in a jar like their other Teas.Their Panera Club is well worth joining.
New Panera Bread on Bellflower Blvd by Target in East Long Beach is a great location for CSULB Students down the street ! I like their Steelcut Oatmeal with Berries, they have a great selection of Muffins, cheese Soufflé, Bear Claws etc, nice Soups, Salads n Sandwiches. Nice Selection of Coffee, Teas, etc
