Mom went here the other day just told me today she had a horrible experience with one of the employees serving her. She speaks Spanish and has never had a problem ordering from any restaurant ever but for some reason she was ridiculed and made to feel embarrassed by an employee here. She wasn't able to get a name but my friends and family will not be eating here for the foreseeable future. To note as my mom continued ordering another customer came to her and said "they are very rude here" which tells me this is not the first time.
Wish they didn’t always run out of entrees so early in the day . Food is good . Sometimes they are stingy with meat items . This is the only local Panda Express and I wish they did a little bit better with their food stock to be giving out small plates with little food how do you run out of chicken or shrimp . This has been for years. Sometimes when u order online they won’t even tell you the item has ran out they just fix your plate and give it to delivery.
I used to love pandas fast service but now they put more effort into phone or internet orders than the actual customer looking them in the face....they are a bit rude seeming annoyed when they are broken from their assembly line robotic behavior...they make 5 outscore orders before making an indoor every single time for the last 2 years! Finally my last visit I stood up for myself and said "can you please make my food I am very hungry as ND go back to that after"....I was really hungry...normally I wait patiently annoyed
This panda has really bad service the workers are mean and rude and also the food doesn't not taste good at all!!! Would not be coming back to this place! i would give it zero stars if i could. Panda train your workers better!!
I didn't even go here. I went next door to get real healthy food. At the Green Olive.I'd never eat here.
They gave my food away to the wrong person and refused to make it again. So unprofessional!
We ordered several big plates from Panda express but they missed one order. We called the branch in long beach were we ordered. They are willing to replaced the missing order however we needed to pick it up at the said branch. Its very inconvenient and plus we work on a ship so we dont have pretty much a lot of time to go and claim the missing order. The customer service was really poor.
I really like Panda, the food is usually spot on and a decent amount of it as well. This location gets busy at times but the line moves quickly. I usually use the app because there is no wait time when I get there. Walk in and pick up my food and go. Usually in and out in 3 minutes.Not a fan of the metered parking which is closely monitored. I make sure I have my quarter with me everytime even though I walk in and out. No food is sogood that its worth receiving a parking ticket.
Years ago I love this fast food Chinese restaurant. Lots of vegetables and good food however and the past few years the quality of food has declined. As well as the taste.
My Go To any time I need a quick meal !!Fried rice , chow Mein and Medium Orange Chicken ?? great service , handle with care , an it’s not to salty or over seasonedThis place is getting better an I love it !!
