What I had: pastor, carne asada, chicken, and chorizo. Preface: purchased Saturday nightThis is a good taco truck when it comes to the pastor, chicken and carne asada tacos (have not tried anything else). The chorizo tacos were underwhelming so my advice, stick to the pastor...those were great. If you are interested in getting a taco fix, I encourage you to give it a try for yourself. I plan to go again to try the tripas and see if it still holds up.
****I GOT FOOD POISONING**** Please do not eat here I’m begging you. I ordered carne asada tacos as well as tripe, with a horchata. The meat looked old, dull & tasted dry but I didn’t really notice until after I started eating. My symptoms arrived shortly after & I knew something was wrong. I couldn’t eat or barely do anything for 4 DAYS STRAIGHT because of FOOD POISONING from PANCHOS TACO TRUCK. Please don’t come here & I have filed a complaint with the city of Long Beach as well
Tacos were ok but we drove over 1 hour and couldn’t even sit and eat because homeless men kept looking in our vehicle. Food was ok but bit pricey and tortillas and salsa not the best. Only cash payment:(

Great authentic Mexican food, I'm in the food truck industry in GA and I went to LA for a 10 day street food trial and Pancho Tacos Truck was the best one out of 13 spots that I tried. The most iconic taco was the pastor as it is as traditional as it was originated and the dude has a extremely fancy way of putting the pineapple in the taco. Congrats to the ownership and also very hard working employees
Paid almost 30$ and they gave me something I wouldn’t even expect from Taco Bell. My carne asada Fries were soggy because they didn’t cook them long enough, I also asked and was charged for extra cheese and wasn’t given any cheese in my fries . My nachos also lacked the cheese.. Kinda important.And I also was charged for the extra cheese. . Just wish i was getting what I was paying for that price. Especially since they were small trays for unreasonable price. Nearly 15 each order and both were made poorly and incorrect
I almost don't want to rate this place so high, because then the line may get longer! But seriously, having my owe biz I know how good reviews help. The pastor tacos are amazing and they're the reason to come! if you ever disliked pastor tacos from anywhere else try these before you give up on them forever. I've brought people here from out of town and out of state and they said this is a must anytime they come back. I can't recommend every item but as pastor goes this place is king and also the champurado. (Not sure about the spelling, but that hot drink is bomb. However if you go too late they may run out)
Parking is terrible. Food is delicious. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because of parking. Outstanding delicious tasting food.
