After waiting for a table in an almost empty restaurant, we were seated and ordered our drinks and peanuts. 10 min later, still no peanuts, seriously the place was not busy at all!! So when I saw our waitress, i asked if we can please get out peanuts. Her reply, well i have to walk to the back and get them out of the bag. And i need to get food out first! Uhhh....ok?? ? don't know why she had to blurt that out, or use that as an excuse for bad service?♀️ i told her if our food comes out first, forget the peanuts. She doesn't say anything as she walks away. She comes back shortly with a bag with like 10 peanuts. *see photo* don't know what her deal was but she really needs to work on her customer service skills! ?
I really enjoyed the Ultimate combo. The ribs were amazing. I had French fries and Mac n cheese for sides. The Mac was a little soupy at first, but thickened as it cooled. The flavor was good. The steak eaters were a bit disappointed because their final products were not cooked to the temp requested. However, they did say the flavor was good. I enjoyed everything I had, except the tools. They were too sweet for my palate. I would definitely eat there again.
Sadly disappointed with this once good restraunt. Lots of open seating when we arrived but still waited 15 minutes to be seated. Table was not cleaned very well and had to get someone to clean it properly. There was food stuck on the table and chairs. Server was very slow to take our drink order as well as our food order. Took almost an hour to receive our food. One of steaks was not cooked as requested. Asked for Medium well and received rear to med rear... sent the steak back, the rest of the table finished their dinner before the steak came back... server tried and was nice..
WARNING!!: IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $$, DON'T EAT HERE!So the half-empty restaurant at the peak of dinner rush on Friday night should have been the tip-off for us, but we didn't recognize it 'til later. The experience started off OK enough. We were promptly seated, and after a couple minutes a waiter (Doug) took our order. He brought my wife's hot tea to her a few minutes later but there was no tea bag. After about 5 minutes he found one. He took our order and we spent the next 30 minutes waiting for it. After 15 of those 30 minutes I asked how our order was coming and he said it'd be 2 minutes more, but it was more like 15. My pulled pork sandwich was OK, but there was a strange smell coming from the chicken of my wife's RH Ultimate Combo, to the point where she couldn't eat the rest of her food. We waited for a few minutes to see if Doug would come by to ask us why we didn't finish our food, or if we wanted togo boxes or our check, but nothing. We left very disappointed and out over $50. To make matters worse they must not have enough income coming in to replace the TVs which are starting to lose their correct picture color.There's a reason why this place is empty on a busy night and why the Lucielle's next door is hopping busy. Read the signs, read the room, and avoid this place - AT ALL COSTS!
First time there with another couple, for my birthday, Food was good. BUT, the waitress, l can't remember her name, she started off nice enough but everytime we asked her a question she acted like she didn't want to help us. By the time we left I was glad to get out if there. We will not be going back.
It's all hype. Food is good, but they don't serve enough for their prices!! Off to Mr. Rosewood Restaurant. I ordered a big bowl of soup here, what I was served was a cup size. When I asked, ' Where's the big bowl?" Waitress replied, " Oh, to that's are biggest bowl!" Well, I replied, "I think management needs a new pair of eye glasses, you think!?" ??
First time there,but won't be the last time/I had Rib-Eye Steak,baked potato, green beans with Jack Daniels on the rocks,all washed down with cold MODELO/wife had Salmon w/Jim Beam Whiskey River sauce with baked white sweet potato ? and rice pilaf/not too mention the warm sweet rolls & butter/really enjoyed the meal/Service was excellent/although I was joking with your waitress**had her going there for a minute**
Tri tip was dry, shrimp were awesome, we never got our sampler. And our baked potato we had to remind them and brought it right before we left.Servers did not take good care of our needs they need more training.
Bad waiter rude. People 20min after us got their food. Waiter tall skinny guy doesnt want to pick up dirty dishes, takes forever to bring drinks, and when you try to ask him a question he is rude. Been sitting here for 1hr waiting for our food.
Sorry but we did not have a pleasant experience here today. When food came we were told No potatos, no rice , mashed potatos or any sides. Had we been told before perhaps we could of chose another place to dine.
