Very fun, very friendly, real Japan vibes. The sashimi is great, fresh and not too cold. Fun rolls, need to try more of them. Good sake selection. Will be back here. Go Long Beach!
The atmosphere was welcoming. The food was delicious and fresh. The menu has a very fun comic/anime storyline about the chef. The lunch special is a good choice if you're on a budget.

Literally a hole in the wall. One might give it more than a second thought whether to eat there as the exterior and interior of the restaurant is outdated. The restaurant is even infront of a motel. However, the food is very sumptuous. The sushi chefs take time to prepare your sushi. They are very attentive and would frequently ask if the food is okay. I so love this place not to mention the price is just right!
This is the freshest, most beautiful and skillfully created sushi. I am a regular here and love this place to bits. I recommend the Torro and the tangerine roll.I *literally* dance in place while eating, it is THAT good.

This place is a hidden gem. The food and service are always good. Good sized portions and good quality ingredients. There is also a really good happy hour selection.
Toro was the special of the day, I sat down just as a tuna was being delivered and portioned out! Great show and I was treated to some beautiful otoro and fresh wasabi. 5 Stars is not enough and while I am sure my timing was lucky, the fantastic service and quality sashimi appears to be the norm here.
