Not a recommended location. I’ve been multiple times and always have an issue. I’m careful not review places I don’t love. But honestly management should know, the customer service is trash. The employees are always new, charging wrong and not honoring discounts, I’m sorry but it’s not my fault the training is lack luster and employees don’t know the rules.

So I always come here and it’s always good but today I ordered online and my order was suppose to be ready at 11:50 it was busy so I understood it might take longer. Tell me why I asked this girl if it was ready she said they were working on while she was just referencing TikTok’s and doing the dances. Which is cool have fun but work at the same time. I ended up trying to order again and turns out my drinks were already ready and in the fridge. Thanks to the other girl I got my drinks but tik tok girl gotta get it together because I ended up getting them at 12:20 pls these drinks were for my boss
Stopped by this place in a rush, asked for a PB mocha, cashier said PB mocha back to me. Gave me a PB health nut which tastes like a watery banana, had to run so no time to ask for what I wanted. They were speedy, nice, and everything just wish they didn't get a drink for a geriatric monkey.
Me and my niece gave our order than we sat down waiting. People was coming in and out with their order we still sitting. I figured it was people that called in their order so I didn't say anything. After a while the girl that took our order was fraternizing with some other people that was there I guess her friends she payed no attention to us sitting and waiting. So I finally spoke up and said when is my order going to be made no one from behind that counter ask us anything until I spoke up so in all that, I will not be going back there and I'm telling my family not to go here anymore I wish I remembered her name because she was wrong for what she did!!!
This shop is fast-paced and has a steady line going most of the time. The employees are very nice and make sure you know how long you’ll be waiting for your order. It was my first time in a Nektar and I’m definitely going to come back to this location! The juice is fresh and very tasty. Thanks!?
Everyone that works their is allways so nice and they make the smoothies really quickly. They always make everything right. I go almost twice a week

My wife and I have been coming here for a year and we have nothing but great things to say. I wish the company would invest in quieter lenders for the sake of their employees who have to hear them all day. I’m sure it’s not good for their hearing. But we are both grateful for having access to healthy food which is not easy to find in a on the go environment
