Everything about this visit was good, however I did not appreciate how the hostess treated me. I tried to call her since it was my momâs birthday, so I wanted to inform her. It took me a while to get her attention, but she was ignoring me. When someone finally got her attention, she returned. When I tried to tell her it was my momâs birthday, she disrespectfully interrupted me. Also, she did not tel me that they do not provide a complementary dessert, and then just rushed away. I understand the restaurant was busy, but I think EVERY employee needs to focus on showing professionalism to all guests.

Naples Ribs is a wonderful cozy and friendly tavern with the most incredible barbecue food and a great bar.The ribs are fantastic and the tri-tips are scrumptious.It has fantastic fun appetizers like the onion brick , grilled artichoke potato skins and more like the other restaurant in NewportThe restaurant is a landmark in Naples and it’s a treasure.A relaxing, relaxing atmosphere for any meal or drinks with your friends and family.Enjoy every moment - the free valet parking makes it easy to park.

Food was just ok, service was friendly but food delivery was iffy.
We made a reservation for our anniversary but were never acknowledged. Naples Rib has been a 4th of July tradition for years, not only for our anniversary but I really donât like cooking since my kids are in college and itâs just the two of us. I usually order the beef ribs in the 3 meat combo along with baby back ribs to share but I changed up and got the St Louis ribs. Big mistake, they had no meat them. The cornbread was hard as a rock on the inside and my baked potato was cold. Our waiter never came to check on us. I told our waiter when he finally to bring us the bill and he just brushed it off and put the bill down and left. We only got one iced tea no one came to refill so my husband took the rest of my tea. We were truly disappointed in one of our favorite restaurants. It seems that no one believes in customer service anymore. Isnât that why we go out, to be served. I seriously hope the management or owner reads this review.
