I love that there is a fully vegan spot at LBX. The food is very flavorful and customer service is always great. I do wish there were more gluten free options. With more gluten free options, we would eat here even more.

Took the trip to Long Beach after reading the review in the Times. Arrived 30 minutes after opening. No one was in line, but 2/3rds of the menu items were already out of stock, including the soup dumplings. Settled on shumai and mapo tofu. I was dining in, but the food arrived in cardboard takeout boxes. Shumai had decent flavor but nothing to dip it in. Mapo tofu was very bland. Didn’t feel compelled to finish it. $27.

Morning Nights, please don't ever leave LBX! This was a refreshing take on Asian cuisine catered to the vegan audience. Top 4 dishes; Dan Dan noodles, walnut shrimp, shumai, spicy wontons,...I'm a little biasis because I've only tried these 4 but they were amazing! It's so great to be able to just order from a restaurant and not have to make substitutions.

Great flavors, textures, and aromas, and very convincing to their non-vegan counterparts. Haven’t had anything that I didn’t enjoy. My favorite items are the walnut shrimp, oyster mushrooms, and spicy wontons.

Love this place!! Vegan for 30 plus years despite coming from a family who started one of the largest privately owned chinese frozen food companies in NA during their day, this food is delightful. Morning Nights selections compare to Vegan dim sum by Monks in Australia and Hong Kong which I believe to be the best in the world. My only complaint is I wish it opened earlier on the weekends. :(

Morning Nights is located at the 'front' entrance of the Hangar and is one of the most stylish / minimalist food stands in the food hall.As I was just picking up food for the group amongst many other items we tried, I decided to get the dan dan noodles for everyone after asking the cashier for a recommendation. It came out after about 10-15 minutes. The only small note I had about the pickup was that it was in the same line as ordering food which took a little extra time. Think it would be awesome to have a separate window or area for picking up food to speed up the process. Really appreciated the cashier and her patience throughout. The dan dan noodles were definitely unique and for one person, pretty hefty. I wouldn't say its my favorite dan dan noodles and a little different from the ones I've tried elsewhere, but if you are a fan of the peanut butter sauce and don't mind trying a different take on the noodles, I think it's worth biting into. The pricing was about $14ish if I'm remembering it right. And there were a number of other items that I saw people get that looked super tasty.

Vegan dim sum is hard to come by and this place does a realistic job. The "meat" has texture that is so real that one can be fooled to believing that it was the real thing. The skin of the Xiao Long Bao is a bit thick and there is no soup in the bun. Daikon cake was really well done and the flavor was rich even compared to non-vegetarian ones.Overall it is decent if you are craving vegetarian dim sum.

Everyone needs to try this spot. Food is delicious! Good flavor and will definitely go back tomorrow

Overall a great spot to check out, especially if you're looking for vegan options. Walnut shrimp was BY FAR the best thing we ordered, I'm honestly amazed and have never had vegan seafood like this.Least favorite thing was the Xiao Long Bao. Honestly was a really heavy meat flavor that I didn't like, even though it was also vegan.

By far one of the best vegan dive we’ve experience . We tried the crispy oyster mushroom, shu mai, fried rice and walnut shrimp. All were very good flavor wise. The fried rice a bit on the too oily side for us, and the crispy oyster mushroom were too salty. The non alcohol drinks were very limited and the two drinks we selected from that list was not available. Sooooo....water for everyone :). Probably healthier anyway! .......We do like the food enough to come back again :)
