For a grab n' go chicken spot it's surprisingly good. It's a hard thumbs down on customer service, bunch of young kids goofing off, drive thru staff needs coaching on how to speak to/ with customers. The French fries are freaking good, tasty chicken sandwich, lacks on presentation, the habanero dipping sauce is addicting and packs a kick! Would definitely eat again but service REALLY needs improvement.

I received a mailer for buy one get one free chicken sandwich. I’m so glad I did because I would not have tried it otherwise. All the hot chicken places popping up have not impressed me and frankly I wasn’t wasting anymore money. The sandwich was delicious & good quality. I researched after to find it’s a South Korea restaurant chain. Do yourself a favor & try it. Good, quality food & service. My husband & I will definitely go back to try wings & sides. Let’s welcome this establishment in our neighborhood by supporting it. You won’t be sorry.
This is a very popular hamburger restaurant in Korea.There are many customers in it, but try any menu. You will like it.
Chicken tastes pretty good. For the price though ($7.75 for a chicken sandwich with white meat), I'd prefer a Popeye's chicken sandwich for $3.99 OR go to Holdaak for an actual Korean style chicken sandwich for $6.49. Once again, the chicken itself is good, but the quality of everything else (especially the bread) is quite low for the price.
Wings are very tasty. Chicken sanwich was raw very dangerous. I tried calling to let them know they might get someone sick. Theres no number listed. Flavor was very full.
8 dollars for 4 chicken fingers? Gotta be kidding me...and I ordered b-b-q sauce and didn't get it. While the fingers were tender, the price and poor customer service will keep me away.
Pretty similar to other Korean chicken place but I still like it and will come again and again. I’m just glad they have a good Restaurant in Long Beach
Fried chicken sandwich places are everywhere in LBC but mom's touch is and to stand out. Ingredients are fresh, and I LOVE the fact that the sandwich come with thigh meat as standard (with the option to switch to white meat). Chicken was moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Will definitely go back to try their wings.
Chicken was crispy and moist but $16 for 8 wings is a little steep. Especially when the owner or manager (looks like Elon Musk) is sitting in the dining area on his laptop conducting company business.
