I like this place, my wife and I usually order poke bowls from here and once in a while I'll get the 2 & 3 item plate with beef and chicken teriyaki. The first time I got I thought it was delicious, the chicken and beef were both fresh, tender, and juicy, and the flavor was really good. Today, unfortunately, I got a bad batch of beef and I can't let that pass, because any decent cook should have noticed it wasn't worth serving. I'm the one that cooks at home, so I'm familiar with beef thst has been in the fridge for too long. The beef tasted older, on the brink of going spoiled, and it had so much cartilage or some sort of tough tissue that was difficult to chew. You know how meat starts to get darker and smelling funky if not eaten within a couple days? That's how it tasted, and they tried to mask the taste with teriyaki sauce, but you can't really hide that smell, it's basically the beginning stage of rotting blood. I'm disappointed that this place, having been a loyal customer for a while, decided it was okay to serve meat that wasn't fresh.I'm sure my wife will still order poke from here, but I don't think I'll be going back.
It's a poke bowl. Not a salad bowl. There were (and I counted) LESS than 10 pieces of fish in the each bowl. And I paid for 3 types of fish. For $13 a bowl they should have included a little more. Extremely disappointed
Very good food with good service but seriously understaffed. Had 45 min wait to get food. Don't order in lunch rush if you can help it. Call ahead and order for reduced wait time.

We have been a fan for many years and now that more places are open, we wabted to enjoy some food at your stablishment, sad to see you still do not offer dine in option . Today is June 22 even Gyms are open with options of no mask for vaccinated people ( which we are btw) you are still requiring people that come in to wear a mask. May I ask why? Your employee is wearing a mask and you have a huge plastic barrier at counter .Why do your vaccinated customers still need to wear a mask to order food ?
