Literally the only McDonald's I've ever been to that won't do simple substitutions. The Manager here is an absolute peice of work. I explained my medical condition as the reason I needed the substitution and she said "that's not my problem". Used to visit 3 times a week and because of this change will NEVER be able to go back. I drive the extra half mile to another store.
This location has a couple interactive screens for the kids as well as the kiosks to order items quickly. The LED tables are a nice touch also. The staff are helpful even though the McD App isn't the best...The worst part of this McD is all the homeless walking around, they aggressively panhandle in the parking lot and then come inside to occupy the restrooms for extended periods of time.
This Mc Donald's is the best Place for your fast food eatery. I truly love going here. It's a friendly staff. The General Manager keeps the place very clean. You will enjoy going here. The staff is hard working. One can tell, that the manager is concerned about joy in the staff and the customer. It seem like a great place to work. No negative attitude whatsoever. Ty??Keep doing what your doing. Maybe other Mc Donald's will take example on how to run a clean and friendly atmosphere like your establishment.
these McDonald's best memories i kissed my girlfriend i school here before it was rebuild and these people are some true workers that work there but of to feed the greedy people that dont deserve anything but that there money talks for them ...these place one of the best McDonald's in the world ?
This McDonalds is the only McDonalds own new year's eve in Palm Springs. Looking for food everywhere. 15 cats in line but it's own folks!!!
I grew up going to this location it has honestly improved over the years it's cleanly, staff is respectful and your in and out in a timely fashion.
The McDonald's off 6th and Long Beach Blvd is not that great so that's is why I go to this location when I want some peace and quiet. I'm able to log on to their Wi-Fi and get on my tablet or my laptop with no problem.If my food is given to me cold, they are quick to correct it.
I had breakfast here and was a bit disappointed in their coffee. The meal combo was good, etc. But, the coffee tasted burnt and I got plenty of grounds in my cup. McDonald's has a reputation I thought for making outstanding coffee. Maybe not today. I love my coffee and I'm sure others do to. All I can say is " don't give customers the bottom of the barrel. Chances are there cup like mine will be full of grounds and taste nasty." I plan to go back and address this with the manager.
It was a misunderstanding, about order and the lady at window, English was good enough, so she called her manager to help me. I feel if she just would have listened she would have understood what I was saying. Plus one little note the lady at the window was loud and rude.
Drive thru had several malfunctioning aspects, store wasn't accepting anything but cash and I wasn't able to retrieve the mobile order I had already placed and bought/paid for as the app charged me upon arrival even after store tried to claim they never received any such order.... Oh, and be ready to cough up your change to exit the drive thru as there's a few scary, unkempt and unhoused men who stand in front of the second window blocking the exit to ask for your money and should you decline, your meal.... Ridiculous enough I still patronize McDonald's but it's because I believe in their mission as far as their employees treatment and programs are concerned. As for this specific location? Well, to whomever working for the night I was there or whomever is reading this feedback as a way to verify key aspects for improvement, here's a message: when you try to get up on a few extra dollars and want to steal from customers, try making sure your friends aren't blocking the drive thru while you do so. Makes for one hella awkward moment as I'm calling corporate and you're slamming the window in my face for calling out your lying, shady, and downright false claims of your otherwise attempting to conduct shady business. Oh, and next time, stay home and let someone who needs and wants to work have your job.... At least then I can pretend it's not corporate failure because someone/anyone else would at least try to make it right ... Never again Mickey D's, it's over babygirl. Good luck and hopefully soon this location gets remodeled— into a Wendy's ?
