My son and I come to Lucille's BBQ frequently and even holidays! There's something for everyone whether you like sweet or savory! The ribs and tri tip are always good as well as the burgers and pulled pork sandwiches! The creamy mac and cheese and garlic mash are excellent sides! If you come at Thanksgiving the all inclusive turkey dinner is really good and you will have plenty of leftovers!

A huge thank you to the staff at Lucille's and especially our waitress, Iris. You all did an amazing job accommodating our party of 17 (15 adults + 2 kids) for my daughter's graduation dinner. My daughter and family were very happy and pleased with the dinner and the service provided. We ordered two of the super feast family dinners and it was definitely more than enough for us to enjoy and to all take home something a little extra. We look forward to enjoying another wonderful dining experience at this restaurant.

sat at the bar service was good food was very cold steak & mac n Cheese cold cold cold .. didn't get my salad till my dinner came out so i even ate the steak dinner first while my salad sat there .. sad deal for $60 ... bit sure I'll ever go back
This is truly mediocre food. Two of us ordered the Southern Fried Chicken: breaded fried chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, white gravy and carrots. We both commented the chicken was dry. The potatoes had a gray hue to them and the taste was quite bland; they were Yukon potatoes of some kind, lumpy and dense, not a southern style fluffy, white russet. The gravy didn’t have any taste at all. My husband ordered a combo plate of ribs and chicken. He said his chicken was dry as well. My sister-in-law had the beer can chicken. She loves bland food so she had no complaints. The portions were large and the service was good. They just need to work on the food.

Our waitress, Erica Q, was amazing!!! He took care of all of us (15ppl). From drinks to extra to go boxes, she did not let us wait for anything!! My drink(s) were always full and cold.She was very much appreciated!!!!
I ordered the two-meat combo that included two sides with complimentary biscuits. The pros are: the biscuits taste homemade and delicious and so does the honey butter that comes with them. The braised greens were tasty as well. Now, the cons: I'm from the Southeast and know what makes for delicious-tasting barbecue. Howbeit, there are different approaches to barbecue such as types of sauces, rubs, etc., that make such dishes regionally unique. But, the food should still be something to boast about when one pays the high cost that Lucille Barbecue charges.That said, I've had much better tasting barbecue from restaurants that charge a fraction of what Lucille charges. Onto the cons: The pulled pork was just plain ole' pulled pork with little to no seasoning or sauce on it. The baby back ribs were just ok but tasted better than the pulled pork. The macaroni and cheese had that fake, cheese-flavored sauce on it like many other restaurants use. Also, when I inquired about the most popular foods that customers purchase at the restaurant, female with a pony tail who seemed to be a manager basically pointed me to the menu to read-which I had already done-rather than discuss what she'd suggest off of the menu. She was shallow and brushed me off, sort of speak. I gave three stars for the biscuits, butter and greens. I really wanted to like this place but won't be returning. (Long Beach location).
Very unorganized location. They missed several items we had paid for in our order. Be careful when you come here, especially when you come pick up food you ordered, they don't verify and check its all in there! I think your Management needs better and more thorough Training for its Employees. So to your Customers like you would like yourself or your Family treated. Step it up Lucille's!
