My mom had been trying to get us here for a few years so we went today. The place was pretty nice, staff seemed very busy but no one acknowledges you when you walk through and the young girl checking is in was pretty cold and dry.We ordered 2 meat combo dinners and a adult beverage. The drinks were very good. The onion strings were pretty good other than very salty on the top.Our combos came in but the baby back ribs were very dry and a bit chewy. Mom was very disappointed because she says normally you can early tear the ribs apart effortlessly but she was struggling separating the ribs with her knife. They brought her another 1/2 rack and the same was true, dry and hard to separate so she finally settled for chicken. My ribs were also dry, the ribs were not easy to separate either. My wife ordered the can chicken they were not flavorful mostly forgettable. This experience was very disappointing, a $120 meal should be a decent experience but I would say most fast food chicken places would be similar and over cooked/smoked ribs make them ordinary and forgettable at best.I do not recommend this place for great food.If you want and mediocre large meal then order up.I honestly felt I wasted $120 this is NOT ANY VALUE FOR YOUR MEAL.I wish management took more pride in their food and service.

I had the brisket. What meat there was was very good, but my 7oz portion was half fat. I ordered premium sides: hatch chili grits and crunchy green beans. The grits were lukewarm at best ( the cast iron cup was cold on arrival. The green beans came after I finished the rest. The peach tea was only reminiscent of peach. The server never stopped long enough for me to ask for help.

I was a little disappointed with lack of service from staff members... The hostess area was empty and it took some time to be seated...The only person that offered assistance was a polite young man named Sam that came from the bar area... While walking us to a table the hostess appeared and dismissed him-Rude... The food was good but presentation was a little lacking... Maybe dinner is a better option at this establishment.

Update- ok its a one star now.. part of the salad is rotten.. never coming here again.Yeah, if you like salads, don't come here. They pretty much split a romaine in half and put some seasoning on our to go order, and forgot to give us any dressing. Gave it a 3 star because my order was tasty. It was the bbq trip tip. But ya, stay away from the salads. Your date will hate you.

Had a Costco gift card and finally used the credit.Location - Located in the Long Beach Town Center, right outside of the main shopping area.Parking - Plenty of parking in this section but can be busy on the weekends.Service - Staff was pretty much on point and the service was good from all employees.Food - Wasn't too bad as everything had good taste to it and tasted fresh, except ribs were a bit dry.Drinks - Well made drinks but pours weren't the best.Prices - Fair prices on items as its competitive to other restaurants in its category.Venue - Large place with indoor and outdoor seating.Overall good experience and would come back again.

Food is great tasting. Portions could be a little bigger. Mai Tai cocktail was yummy. The CO2In the bar was down. NO DRAFT BEER. they couldn't break a hundred dollars bill. We got the triple combo $39. Brisket /pulled pork chicken. The spicy BBQ sauce is delicious

This place is pretty awesome if you’ve got a big appetite for some greasy American food, and decent wad of cash aswell. I dined in with a small group, so we ordered a big meal.I would say at this place you pay for quantity more than quality. I’m not saying that the food wasn’t good, it was great in fact. But it’s comfort food, and what I Mean by that is I wouldn’t count on this fitting into your New Years diet.Service was spot on, refills were abundant. Sometimes I feel like I’m starring in a new mission impossible just to get another cup of water. Not here. After the meal they gave us hot towels to wash our barbecue sauce coated hands, which was a nice touch. I hate sitting in the car on the way back to your house with sticky hands because they only gave you dinky paper napkins.Anyways, if you just got a bonus, and you feel like a big greasy American dinner, this is the place to be.

We decided to go for dinner since it's been a while and I have been craving some good BBQ. I noticed prices have gone up BUT so have the portions which was a nice surprise. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The wait was not too bad. I was completely disappointed with the quality of the food though. I am originally from Texas so know good brisket. This brisket was way over cooked and dry. It seemed like it had been reheated actually but still cold. Unfortunately the WHOLE meal was at room temperature at best. We had a $25 gift card and our dinner still came out to over $60 for two of us with just the three meat platters and strawberry lemonade. I have always preferred Lucille's over other BBQ places because I know it's more of what I'm used to being from Texas. Unfortunately this one time was a real miss.

I hate saying this but it was awful. I've always enjoyed the food and service however both were bad this visit. I had family that made me promise to never suggest again. Coffee was cold after 3 attempts. It was a manager i think that finally gave hot coffee. Jambalaya my favorite was not hot(spicy) it was like poorly seasoned rice. The brisket was old and dry. The only good eaten was the rib tips and that was because they were better bad over everything else worst. Cost 100 bucks and went to in and out burger to eat. Never again. You embarrassed me with family. My credibility on suggestions is ruined with family

Great service; Umberto was patient and kind and wonderful. The tri tip was quite good, but the brisket was very fatty, and the onion straws were burned. There's an extra surcharge for everything. I ordered a pint of Space Dust, but it was only two-thirds full. The restaurant was cold and drafty, and very loud. The bathrooms were dirty, trash cans were overflowing with dirty diapers, and smelled awful. Yikes!
