The service was really outstanding - and I don't often elaborate on service other than to say "it was great". But the attention here was exceptional - from timing, to drinks, continued meal attentiveness, friendliness and so on. Food was very good, but the service was very on point.
The food and restaurant vibe is over the top. But there is downsides. First, Parking is hard to find most of the time because there isn’t a parking lot made for the restaurant. If your party is 1-3 people, your best bet is to take a uber. Fridays and weekends are the busiest days and most national holidays like Christmas, Day of the dead, New Years, etc.The service isn’t great, Bad attitude and not active.The food might be expensive, but it is well worth it.
Food was great!! Delicious drinks, but our waitress had an addittude, rolled eyes and only came once to ask how we where doing.But her helper the one bringing the food was great.She Ask if there was anything else we needed. Very pleasant. Parking is bad since they don't have parking lot. But we where lucky to find one infront and fast.
Food was ok. Only reason is getting 2 stars is because I place my order over the phone. They told me 20min should be ready. I show up after 20 min and they have me waiting. After another 20 min wait, I asked where is my food they said it wasn't in the system and if I wanted to place an order. They saw me there waiting and no one bother to say anything till I asked. So I talk to the manager I think her name is Rosie. She came out wasn't much help. Then the way she talks to the young lady working in the front telling her to stay there and not look back.
Stopped in for lunch, service and food was delicious. They were fast and efficient. Authentic flavors.
I just went there Saturday, the food was great and the service was awesome! Lucy was our server and she was on point, I couldn't believe that she memorized our orders without writing it down (there was 5 of us), I also saw that she was kindly reminding people to wear their mask before they were seated, we knew we were at a safe and clean place. Overall great experience, I recommend the enchiladas Michoacanas!!
Omg!!! This place is so yummy! I haven't tasted anything I don't like there!!! Love the setting as well. Friendly staff which is super important for a good business! For sure will go back, Lord willing!!! If you haven't tried it yet, go!!!
I felt my family and I were being rushed the whole time, my shrimp cocktail was very over priced, i literally only had 5 shrimps in it! My husband had the ceviche and it was sour, they charged our baby a full price dinner plate and all we asked for was for a side of rice and a side of asada.this place is no bueno
Got a cheviche tostada and a mix cocktail and it was close to 60 bucks. Food taste is not all that. I do believe it is a bit over price specially the ceviche tostada for 26 bucks.
One of the best Mexican restaurants in Long Beach. Food is great and the service is excellent.
