If I could rate this hotel "negative" five stars I would. I've stayed at Marriott properties all over the world and my experience here is the worst. I've been dealing with a billing issue with this hotel since mid - May and it's still not resolved. These people couldn't possibly care less....Yamir Soza and Kristen Romero. They don't read my emails, most likely haven't read the case notes from Marriott, Inc. and just keep sending BS responses. I will never stay here again, obviously, and don't recommend anyone else stay here either.

Great Marriott with fantastic food and pool. Only suggestion is to have night shift prepare coffee for early departure crews. Starbucks in lobby dosen't open until 6:00 a.m. local time..Other than that great stay every time.

This place is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be disappointed.\\n\\nLove everything about this hotel. It's beautiful from the minute you walk in. Beautifuly decorated lobby that looks out onto the pool and fountain. The restaurant has a Mexican restaurant with a fabulous array of Mexican food and amazing margaritas. Beautiful updated comfortable rooms. Amazing customer service. Everything was great.

Good experience, will definitely book again if I'm in the area, M Club Lounge always well stacked with beverages, breakfast staff at the lounge is very friendly, accommodating, hardworking, witnessed them accommodate guests, warmly greeting and engaging in conversation when prompted by guests, enjoyed great conversation with them, as they effectively completed tasks. Evening staff was not as engaged or accommodating, but maintained area clean.

As a flagship Marriott branded property, I have to say that I’m disappointed in the service from the check in staff. She was rude and temperamental and really needs to find a job she can be happier at. When I addressed that I wanted to speak to a manager the response was “there isn’t one”. I requested that I did not want to be helped by her and requested for someone else. I expressed how disappointed I was with the new person and she checked me in and knowing I was upset, a manager on duty never reached out to me during my stay. After getting a hold of a general manager and expressing my issue the response I got was that “fortunately we live in America and we all have choices”. As a manager, this is not the response I was expecting, especially from leadership at a brand leader in the hospitality industry. I strongly suggest that this manager be replaced with someone that values and understand what the hospitality industry is about and someone that cares and values their job. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, it’s just that unfortunately the staff and general manager need to learn more about compassion and retrained. Because of this I would never stay at this property again. As a Hyatt globalist, Hilton Diamond and Bonvoy Gold… I really regret staying here and my expectation of service fell short. The post isn’t to complain about my issue but there are other choices in the area where the properties are as good if not better with better service. This place should not be rewarded with rooms filled as they do not value their customers.

Excellent hotel! Comfortable beds, convenient location, beautiful pool. Would highly recommend. Convenient for a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and airport.

Excellent choice for lodging if you want away from high traffic but convenient to lots of attractions. Hotel staff went above and beyond. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Pool area was clean and beautiful. Can’t say enough about this hotel. Highly recommend.

Short said: loud and expensive.\\nFor these high room rates I expected a better comfort and more amenities. There was no soap, slippers or bathrobe in the room. In the first sight it looked clean but when going just a little bit more in detail you could find a lot of dirt. The room door let a lot of light shining into the room and also all the noise from the hallway. The lavatory flush made a loud noise during refilling and did not stop as it was hanging.\\nThe noise from outside the room and the hanging lavatory flush provided me a night to remember - unfortunately in a bad way.\\nThe room itself was in a modern style but not providing me a comfortable feeling.
