It's was a great place until they decided to sell old bread from the day before. The bread was warm and very soft and fresh. Now the bread is as hard as burned toast can't even bite it. It's like eating croutons... The price went up. ?
Poor customer service I’m pregnant customer can’t use the restroom. The girl took my order and made the wrong order. She got upset at me went she the one made the mistake. I could not hold it any more I ask if she can let me use the restroom with the worst attitude she gave the key. Spring rolls have to be in refrigerator and she had the out of the refrigerator that how people get sick ? so I ended ordering something different. I wish u have better customer 1st and last time I come here.
BLT Sandwich and chicken egg rolls were good! But the girl at the counter was not the nicest...

Not bad, will try it again. Got a grilled pork with pate n avocado. Never found the pate. Not sure what was in it. The pickled veggies were terrific!
3.5⭐️- good sandwiches and GREAT iced coffeeI always get their special combination sandwich and ice coffee whenever I am in LA. I go there more for nostalgia and convenience because I know there are better sandwich places. Their ice coffee however will be tough to beat.
Decided to stop at this location during my lunch break. Worst mistake made. The clerk told me that they were out of the three items I had requested, and that should have been my sign to leave then. I still ended up placing an order and was disappointed with the quality. No where near as good as the other locations I’ve been to. I ended up with food poisoning the next morning and this place was the reason why. Would not recommend.
The coffee is iconic. Strong savory Vietnamese coffee is great. I was a huge fan of their bbq pork sandwich.
Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 iced coffees for delivery. They told the delivery guy he needed to pay out of pocket for the coffees that I had already paid for. Ill pass on this place going forward.
Honestly I like Lees but this one in particular is stingy with their product. This is the 2nd time that I ordered a coffee and realized they either jam pack the cup with ice so they don’t have to put a lot of coffee and if you ask for less ice they also put less coffee. And the sandwiches are skimpy. You’re basically eating bread and one piece of meat. If you’re going to charge me an arm and a leg at least give me what I’m paying for. Charging so much and still don’t have enough to serve your customers is theft no?
