They decided to cancel our order 40 minutes after confirming it when the dasher had already gone to pick it up
Food cook was rude and ignored us. I ordered 8 pcs mixed. Wait was 15 min cuz they didn't have enough made. After waiting, they wanted to give me old chicken instead of all fresh chicken. Two other clerks were very nice. Fresh chicken was good, but older stuff stale. I won't be going back.
First time eating here. The customer service was top notch. The food was excellent, better than some big chain places. This place is deffinately on my top 5 recommend places. Oh did I mention the customer service.
Great chicken in the neighborhood that everyone needs to try. Staff is friendly and family owned business. Easy to get to right off the 405 frwy and Palo Verde Ave exit.
The 2 stars is for the customer service. The chicken is great - crunchy, tastes, and super moist. Their service, or lack there of, just ruins the experience. I've ordered twice thru grubhub an hour before closing only to get my order cancelled when I arrive bec they are out of cooked chicken a.k.a. they are too lazy to fry up anymore.
