Been here maybe twice since it's a convenient location.Food - Tacos and burritos here are the most basic tacos you will get with no special sauce or ingredients. Meat is decent but nothing that's a wow compared to most Mexican restaurants.Service - it's decent.Parking - sucks getting in or out with tight parking spots.Overall place is just like most other Mexican places and probably won't be back.
The food here is as always, very good. I wanted to write a review though about the service. I usually order a lot of food here with very specific requirements. Sometimes the servers get those wrong. But in this particular instance, I would like to highlight the exceptional service of our server, Isabel Mendez. She looked at my order, asked me how I wanted it and made sure to go through each taco and burrito with the toppings I wanted. Not only that, she was kind, and she made efforts to make sure we had enough napkins, and that our food was not wrapped in a way where there would be spills. She did all of this with a kindness to her face and a positive attitude. It really made my day. Thank you Isabel.
Food is good, but service is Suuuuuuper Slow. Every time I come here no matter the time of day it is slow (there will be a minimum wait of 40min, but I've had to wait over an hour just to place my order in the past). They are also on the expensive side as I paid $27.28 for an order of nachos and 6 tamales. I think they go on break as well without having the proper coverage and the customers are just left standing there looking at each other waiting for that person to come back. I don't come here very much b/c of these reasons and when I do, it's always an argument with myself over whether I really want to go through the hassle of "their process" just to get the food. The service is ridiculous and the prices aren't far behind. If they made it match (i.e. Good Service, Good food and come down a bit on the prices) this place would be Great ?.
Absolutely disgusting! The food was so bad! Don't even get me started on the service!! I have eaten at King taco for years but my first time in long Beach and it will be my last!! My horchata was nothing but cinnamon on the bottom of my cup! When I complained they gave no F! I asked for my salsa on the side, they said no problem. When I picked up.the food the refused to give it to me!! My sopes tasted old and were cold!!I don't even want to talk about the tasteless meat they served us!!
Food is good. I love King Taco. But the Service is super slow in this store.I’ve b all n in other stores and this one in Long Beach is just amazing slow. They’re short on employees. There’s only 2 ladies making orders and most of the time only one.The line is crazy big and can wait up to 1 1/2 hours
They are truly the kings of tacos. The burrito is always delicious, this is not my normal location, they do have a few, but the quality is still excellent. Their burritos are some of the best that i've had and I always go here for a special occasion. If you've not had them, you are missing out.
Ok so it's easy to eat 20 tacos from here. Tastey authentic meats on tiny corn tortillas, you know the drill. We eat here when we wanna plow tacos! Get some!!!
I had the tacos and sopes with al pastores. It was all amazing! And so is the salsa verde!
Been coming here for years. Food is always so good just there. But do wait almost half a hour to get your food from lack of cashiers they have. But it's worth the wait.
A little too much grease on the carne asada, the flavor is great- hints of lime juice. After saving a plate of tacos in the fridge the grease was visible and turned the taco very hard. Always busy, great staff.
