The food was ok, but the ranch sauce had a hole in the middle of it.
Got there during a dinnertime rush, it was extremely busy. Almost left when I saw the long line in drivethru till I seen how fast it was moving along..so I decided to order. To my surprise the girl with the braid was not only polite but went above and beyond by helping me out with a better deal! The young man and pretty young lady who was working all seemed to be down to earth. They didn't even fuss about changing up my order . I'm definetly coming back! I have been to many places and I'd have to say that this place exceeds my expectations.
Have eaten here several times. Have not received great service just o.k. service. Would recommend them adding a bicycle rack. Food was o.k. not the greatest KFC. the dining room was dirty and the patio was also dirty.
Tasty chicken. Good service. Only complaint would be that the chicken was too greasy.
Been a loyal customer 20+ years. Usually I get great food with awesome service with the exception of today.The young lady, who was the cashier in drive thru, had the worst demeanor and customer service I've ever experienced. First, I was short changed by the cashier then she went on to say she couldn't give my dollar because the register was already closed. I asked if she would call a supervisor to reopen the register. To top things off, right before I drive away, she accused me of holding up the line. I would leave her name on here but I wasn't given a receipt.
What can really be said about KFC that hasn't already been said. I am a fan of the spicy chicken sandwich though spicy is questionable. In my opinion it's mild at best, but the chicken breast in the sandwich is always flavorful and most. The customer service at this location is mediocre at best although like most places it's usually wildly busy and not enough employees to handle it.
Food was fine, but customer service was super disappointing. I will go out of my way to a different KFC until this one is properly staffed to handle a busy evening. I don't really blame the workers, I blame management for not taking care of their people.
I've been to this one many times because it's the closest one to my house. But I have had a bad experience every time. Either the service was slow, or they got my order wrong, or I could not understand the person on the other end of the speaker, etc. I've just never had a good experience here.
I’ve been to a lot of KFC’s and this one is the worst I’ve ever been to the employees do not care about customer service and will just throw anything in your bag I would never in life go there or recommend this KFC on Atlantic next to Vons to anyone I know
This location is what you expect from a well known brand...consistent taste with good prices paired with good fast service. My order was correctly filled in a timely manner by courteous people. Yes, it tastes very good as usual.
