The workers here are really friendly but I had to pull over and wait for my order and it ended up being wrong.
Always great service here for me. Even delivery orders are on point . Chicken is never overcooked or tastes like it's been in the warmer a long time.
I love this KFC, it's my favorite location and the staff are ALWAYS so nice and super fast. I never have to wait long at all. The tenders have a lot of breading, my favorite part! So yummy!!!
Very disappointing experience. They won't pick up the phone in the middle of the day on a Monday after getting my order wrong. I paid in cash and I didn't receive a receipt. I want to support my local Long Beach KFC but now I'm questioning whether I might just want to go to raising Cane's or Chick-fil-A instead,
So I ordered and when it get to my destination of which we ate in the csr and guess what? No utilsils. Really KFC? How am I supposed to eat Mac n cheese and coleslaw with no utensils? Made for a challenging and bad experience. And if you have to ask for them, why weren’t they offered? Who thinks to ask for utensils?

Absolutely terrible. I had chicken breast strips, which was not fully cooked. For almost 2 days, I was sick. I am assuming minor food poisoning. I didn't really eat the food except for a couple of bites. Fries was also old and terrible.
