Sight seeing in Long Beach marina area. It is lunch time and just simply Google a and find this small ramen restaurant. It is about 5mins driving. Parking by the street in the front. It is week day so there are less customers. We try Shoot, Miso and Tonkasu ramen. The last one is the best. Service is also the best. By the way, their restaurant is very clean. Much better than a brand coffee store by the marina area.
Got the tonkostsu ramen- the chashu pork is so buttery and light, I'd order just a plate of that by itself. Also ordered fried calamari and it was good! - then went back again for spicy tonkostsu ramen and a chashu steamed bun and it was great!
Seriously delicious!! I had the spicy tonkostu ramen and it was fabulous, it had the most perfect flavor and an amazing slice of pork belly that was just the right amount of crispy. The pork bun was also delicious, with a great sauce and the fluffiest bun. I can’t wait to go back!!
I don’t often leave reviews but this is my fifth time coming here, I’ve also taken friends and family. This spot is bomb really great ramen and sushi. Nice location and small patio with friendly workers. Would like to see it a little more affordable but when you want to treat yourself this is a great spot!! Highly recommend
Great food and Service! I will be back when im in the area. Had a salad that had an amazing and light dressing, so good! The rolls are delicious too.
I really enjoyed this place for my first time around in trying Ramen. Looking back, I think I had the regular tonkatsu Ramen because I didn't have any chili on my plate; so I asked for some on the side. Maybe asking for spicy Ramen I get a better taste for chili, because I'm a fan of the Arbol chili type but the chili I received on the side, was more of like the Chinese food places type chili. Which I'm not a real big fan of. Also, it might've been a language barrier, but the young lady that served me... I asked for extra noodles in my broth; & she said no! The possible owner explained that she was new; so she supposedly didn't know better! Overall, for my first time around I was satisfied
Ordered the Miso Ramen with Pork belly, Chicken Gyoza and Shrimp Tempura roll, togo. Everything was wonderful, I only wish I would have gotten more than a pea size amount of wasabi. It's okay, I understand, you made up for that with the yummiest pork belly that just melted in my mouth. Absolutely loved the roll.
Great service, clean restaurant and a large menu! Vegan options (they are marked on the menu). I got the veggie Ramen (added bamboo, gaic and chili oil for spice) and it was delicious. Everything tasted really fresh and I ended up taking half home for another meal. Will definitely go again.
Can't beat this place. It's right in the neighborhood high quality ramen what's not to love?
Ordered ramen without the soup because I just wanted noodles. Should've had them dip the noodles in the soup but they were still good.
