Drive through is supposed to close at 3am.I pulled up a little after midnight and it was no one there to take my order. I then pulled around to see two employees sitting at the table.Why have business hours if your not going to stick to them???
I love Jack, but their hash browns are waaay too greasy! Made my stomach turn, but I'll still keep going back....sorry I don't make sense, I just love Jack!
I really love Jack in the box's food! But only a few things on your menu! I can order a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and replace the ham, with another egg. It's also beneficial that they accept EBT credits!
The worst place I've been as far as customer service. There is only one young black queen there. And the non black guy Alejandro was telling the young ebony queen to Shut up when she was asking how to do her job better.
I went to pick up lunch the drive-thru went pretty good the attendant understood my order got it right.. and of course the food was so good
Good service. but where out of tacos for several times before. I understand maybe COVID had something to do with it. But good service over all
The staff sucked it took almost 15 mins to take my order even though I was the only person in place.....the restroom was nasty lucky I only needed to wash my hands and the lobby was like it haven't been clean since the pandemic started...never again
It's better than the other J.I.B.'s I usually go to near downtown Long Beach.
Place was great was the first place I saw to eat when coming back into town service was fast
