The Food Isn’t The Issue It’s The Attitudes.. The Leading Shift Manger Was Rude And Threw My Receipt At Me As If I Did Something … I Work In Fast Food So I Know How Stressful It Is But That’s Still No Excuse To Be Rude To Someone Who Is Actually Being Nice & Polite To You .. This Isn’t The First Time I Experienced This … And I Have Social Anxiety So Coming Here Is Already Nerve Recking … So The Attitudes Makes Me Scared To Come Back
Service is good one lady is sometimes very loud and rude but the rest of the staff is nice and friendly another down side is that’s it’s usually always packed
like this place but I hate it when the girls that work there they act like a male's trying to get at them or trying to get their phone number when you're just there to pick up food you're not trying to get at them in any other type of way I hate when the girls songs that you're trying to get at her or trying to get her number when you're just there to pick up the food so I give you lack of customer service that I would have gave five stars but food is great
I don't really like this particular jack in the box because they seem Rude all the time. The only reason why I go there is because I deliver food for uber and customers orders.
I just drove to this location to get some food but to my surprise the drive thru was closed. It was only 11:30 when I got there. This has happened on more then one occasion. Still early and they would be closed. Why is that? Had to go to Del Taco. They are open 24 hours, not closed early. Sad!!!

My daughter wanted to try out the Mini tacos so we did drive through. Great customer service, the staff was friendly and we go our food within minutes. She did like the mini tacos kinda reminds me of a deep fried chips. It was tasty and it came with 3 different dipping sauce.
Any of the combos will do just fine. I stop for 2 Tacos & a soft drink.
Not friendly and rude service. This is for the late night drive thru shift. Please retrain your staff. Wish I could leave -star review.
Nothing was wrong with the food we received. The problem was with their team leader/manager that was running the late night shift. We were told they “don’t accept coupons” (literally Jack In The Box coupons) and “you have to order the food as is” (we tried to take something off of a burger and she said no). Then we hear her talking to her employees about us in Spanish, maybe she thought we couldn’t understand. She did not have a name tag but I know she is a team leader because of the shirt she was wearing. I’m a Jack In The Box employee in Arizona so I know what she told us was wrong. She has no care for customers. But the girl at the window was friendly.
