This place is a joke. They screw up my order Every time I come here, which is few times a week being the only place open after a late night work and close to home. No refund, no nothing. Came in on Thursday and had to leave my online order because something wasn’t working and it was a hour wait. For onion rings and two dam breakfast burritos. I’ve emailed them twice. No response. Do you self a favor and go somewhere else. Only reason you get a star is because the employees are friendly…. Sometimes.
This preticular location in my opinion is a bit ghetto and ratchet the hours of operation for the lobby are not right at all.. they say the lobby is open till 8 pm every night and they close it every night @7pm not 8 and the last time I was there it was not very clean and the bathroom was nasty.. I'm not saying don't go there just be careful when u go the area is also not all that great
One of the workers at Jack in the Box I think her name is Julia was very rude she didn't even say thank you didn't even smile her attitude was just ugly. The young man that gave me my food was very friendly he said thank you and he smiled very opposite of the 1st worker. The Jack in the Box on 7th and Atlantic have friendlier Workers customer service with a smile.
When I went there, they didn't have any carbonated drinks, and some guy who was high on something got in a fight with his old lady. Not the greatest of experiences
Drive through person unacceptable and rude. Calling their clients weird for no reason. Witnessed the employees being extremely rude to some customer that was doing nothing but ordering their food. Not ok!
The manager was very rude and kept trying to make it that it was my fault the order got messed up, all we wanted was it made right and he proceeded to flip us off as we drove away.. very dissatisfied with this jack in the box
This place says that they are open until 1 a.m. I have recently tried to go through the drive through on different nights around 10:00, only to find the drive through closed. When I called during the day they told me that due to unforseen reasons, they will be closing at 9 p.m. every day except Friday/Saturday.
Asked young man to suggest something popular as I rarely order anything but the Buttery Jack. So, I ended up with the suggested Sourdough Jack. I loved it and had it with some piping hot onion rings and a Coke?.
Ok not in a great area. Lots of homeless. But definitely not the restaurants fault. Newer clean store.
It's a fast food place like any other the business is a pretty good ran pretty smoothly people are respectful and the food is okay.
