This Jack in the box was verified to be open 24 hours, however, when I arrived it was 2:40 a.m. with cars still in the Drive-Thru and there was a message from the intercom saying that this Jack in the box is closed! This is the third Jack in the box in this area that closes at such an odd time that's not posted. I'm very upset cuz I want it my fajita pita.
Usually good service. But was not happy with the service one night. When I was waiting in the drive through and some Jerk with an attitude. Literally rear ended me several times as I was blocked in. Being the 3rd car from the window. I was afraid of what the person could have been capable of. Especially with all the random shootings that have been happening. I was addressing my frustration about the man hitting my car. To my daughter as we were pulling up to the window. The girls at the window asked me what was wrong and I said this guy keeps hitting my car. As he keep revving his engine. I asked them to please hurry up with my food. So I could get outta there and away from him. It was like a joke to them. Saying oh he's a regular and does this all the time. He has a temper. Not funny. One bit. So you mean to tell me. You knew how this person was. I know you saw what he was doing on the camera. Hearing the man rev his engine and did absolutely nothing to ensure our safety.
Food was hot and fresh, great in that regard. Employees were avg. Friendly but inattentive. The store had no seating no signage basically a shut down she'll. So that's what brings this down from 4 star too 3
Horrible customer service.Gal at the counter took my order, it was relatively simple--a combo, wrap the sandwich with lettuce or just serve no bread.Nearly 20 minutes later and 3 customers after me, no order. I go to ask and she was short with me, "It's not ready", then gotta to the next customer. I'm like, "Wait a minute, I'm not ok with that... On second thought, I just want to cancel.". She had moved on to the next customer.Another employee had to come over and deal with the situation, to which the first employee started speaking in Spanish to her, which I understood and she's telling the manager (?) that is because 'it's no bread'. When I spoke up and said, "No bread is not that big a deal", she changes up and says in English, well it's a combo. ?Really? No bread is pretty easy most places, this isn't 2010, and a combo?? Don't you make those everyday all day????The manager gave me back my money and I left.Don't bother with these guys, go somewhere else.
I don't know what the problem has been at this location and the one on Santa Fe/PCH, but these must have the same people working at both locations. The service is super slow and the competency is not their. I highly recommend training or retraining the drive thru service.
The workers here at this location were super slow and they were just chatting away and not helping the customers in the drive through and me and my friend came in here for 2 milk shakes and that took almost 20 minuets to get they need to get more help or new staff at that location

Walked up just for all the doors to be locked. So I went to the drive thru to ask just to get a vague response about the inside being closed. The sign says they close at 11 but its 830 so they cant be closed. Bad service.
