Just bad. Horrible customer service, the guy taking our order could barely speak English and walked away from me several times while I was ordering. I used to work at a restaurant, and if I did what I saw that guy doing, I would've been fired. And the food was not good. I got the chicken nuggets, and just come on. Worst chicken nuggets ever. Their fries were OK, but if you can't even do chicken nuggets right, then just stop.
There are some rude workers who work here. Or the have language issues. There is one of there staff members i dont know if he is the main Manger or supervisor, but he has a attitude problem, seems like he doesn't even want to work there. Gives a attitude when your ordering, seems like he doesn't want anyone business, seems very annoyed when your ordering. If he doesn't want to be there then don't come in. When your in customer service I shouldn't know that you are annoyed by me, haven't you heard fake it till you make it?

we went to jack in box yesterday and not just where they slow they where disrespectful the minute we got there we asked for extra sauce and gave us a BAG full of it we asked for abit of lettuce and got a whole BAG of it as well! we asked for lettuce on the side because my mom does not like it soggy yet they told us to pull to the side and brought us our food after 30 mins yet our food was still cold along with our fries i hated the fact that i come back hoping it gets better but it doesn’t im sorry but you guys need to improve if this is the job you applied for then make it better show ur customer more respect

and people here are very respectful and always attend me when I show up even if it's up full drive through they always help me when I walk inside the place in the evening we'll never have me standing around forever

I wish I didn't waste my money here burned everything service was worse than the food tacos been under a heater for hours made the lotus taste like hair cluck sandwich was burned to a crisp every bite was super hard egg rolls was burned to a crisp never again
