The fastest jack in the box drive thru I've ever been thru they never mess up your order.
Came around 10. Drive thru was super friendly and fast.
02/03/22 Went to Jack in the box for the LA Lakers Deal to buy a large drink and get 2 free tacos. Because the large drink cost $2.69, I bought only the 2 tacos for $1.39 which was great & economically better for me without a drink.
Drive thru, gave us the wrong order when we went back they were rude and insisted thats what we ordered when I pulled out reciept of proof of my order they still insisted rhey gave me what i ordered, I gave rhemvrge bag of food and demanded my money back, after arguing with management which never should have even gone that far I was given my money $32.00 + change( which is highway robbery) for the food ! when I was walking out the cashier said dont come back, Oh, I already planned on never going back but for her to say that was completely Rude I turned around to go back for seconds but my hubby pulled me away and said she and this place is NOT WORTH me getting angerier SO NO I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO ANY JACK IN THE CRACK AGAIN NO MATTER WHAT LOCATION IT IS, CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT NO HERE THATS FOR SURE, NO I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT EVEN TO MY ENEMIES !!!!!!!?
Didn't take your order right and didn't give me the order right young people working they're not paying attention what they're doing
Food was prepared good and warm. But I notice all JBox's are up charging on meals. When ordering ensure you tell them regular size or small combo all of sudden they are automatically upping your price on a larger combo
I do love Jack in the box. Their burgers are fresh, hot and always tasty: here's a picture, oops! I was so hungry I ate it before the snap, that's how good it is!!!
If you want to get bad attitude/get lied to / eyes rolled at you for asking a question and if you want to find out that they don’t know what a jumbo jack “combo”is come to this location because I will never be back the girls working there are about the worse I have ever encountered if I was jack in the box I would close this place down I wouldn’t want the company name being represented like this and by other reviews I can see it’s not a one time thing
I ordered the chicken n tater meal went home found out that they forgot my burger had to drive back and when I went to the counter to let them know they were dismissing and didn’t even apologize just took my receipt and threw my sandwich into a bag 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
