No matter how long their drive thru line is, you don't end up waiting that long to navigate thru. They are the single best business model on how to handle a large crowd! And why do they need to do that? Because they make the tastiest burger around. They are the epitome of do one thing and do it right. Their burgers are cooked when you order, dressed how you like it, and handed to you hot and juicy! They also know how to make a great protein burger! Yum!
Their food is still 5 Star. The problem is the staff does not fulfill orders appropriately. If you order a side of anything, you can 100% count on not receiving it when they give you the drive thru order. You have to re-ask for them and further hold up the line. I just don't get it...it's on the ticket. This is by no means a one off...it's consistent. And if you order anything extra on a burger...like extra lettuce...they leave lettuce off completely. Please please please train these guys. Thank you.
Great burgers and amazing shakes. The fries are never too salty. Though I do wish they were a little stricter with COVID regulations.

Pretty standard for almost every in and out great service they're usually extremely busy and still they have built the place on a piece of property a third of the size that they need. And of course the drive-thru line that snakes around like a puzzle
I'm from Oregon and haven't tried this in like forever. Good burgers, good fries, and overall great experience.
